Avis vérifiéTrès réactif sérieux, prix abordable peu de frais de port pour une commande moins de 75€ plutôt acceptable seul problème je ne sais pas pourquoi mais ils ne m'ont pas livré à mon domicile uniquement au point relais il serait bien qu'il puisse faire en sorte de livrer à domicile en dehors de ça super site je le recommande vivement.

Avis vérifiéPour mon Raspberry Pi5 j'ai commandé une caméra Raspberry module 3 .chez Kubii Cette caméra a été mlivrée avec un câble .Dans le descriptif de la fourniture il n'était pas précisé si ce câble était compatible avec le Rpi 5 ou pas .J'ai donc commandé un câble adhoc supplémentaire....pour rien car en fait le câble fourni avec la caméra était déjà compatible .. Sinon pour le reste ( délai de livraison, etc .) tout est ok.

Avis vérifiéThey sent me a dead remote control. They deliver to Spain but they don't offer a spanish phone number or any other way of support in any of the official languages in Spain. I wrote them via the general contact form to ask for a refund. 0 answers.

Hello, We are very sorry that your remote control does not work, you can always contact us via the website to request a return and full refund. Having just checked all our inboxes, we have received no emails from you, and therefore are not able to answer you. Regarding your remarks abour a Spanish phone number, I think you can understand how implausible it is to expect a company our size to have a phone number for every country we deliver to, this would require a phone line in every European country! However, if you had tried to call our French phone number you would have found that our team speak English, as well as Spanish and that we would have been glad to help you. We also respond to all emails recieved from Spain in Spanish. So there was absolutely nothing stopping you contacting us. We have thousands of customers all over Europe, including Spain, and none have ever had a problem contacting us. I have refunded the 4€ for your faulty remote control. Cordialement. L’équipe kubii

Hello, You can check online the cost of a phone call to a foreign country; if you choose to buy from a foreign company you have to expect to have to phone that country in case of a problem. If you are a part of the EU, Spain for example, then most phone operators do not charge for European calls. We did not receive your email with attached video, I am sorry therefore that your request went unanswered. Having just checked the email address you use : jlledomcom kubii@member.fsf.org, I am not surprised we did not receive it. Email adresses with signs and ".fsf.org" will always be automatically blocked by the firewalls around our software. We recommend you use a real email address to contact us. I would advise you to call us in future, or email us at contact@kubii.com (also available online).

Yeah I could have checked the cost of online calls but contacting via webform looked faster and easier for me. About the email address, maybe your system blocks that kind of address but the addres is real and legit. the ` kubii` suffix is allowed in email protocols and a good practice I follow to know when somebody sell my data to third parties, or when data is leaked. For instance, if I receive tomorrow an offer to purchase cryptos and see the ` kubii` suffix in the address, I immediatelly know it was kubii who either sold my data or suffered a leak. I do this everywhere. On the other hand, the `member.fsf.org` domain is completely normal, what's the issue with it? Considering the kind of products you sell, that look targeted to engineers and enthusiasts, I'm surprised I'm the first one having such kind of address.

I understand the desire to use that sort of address and indeed we have had customers use the sign before but these addresses always cause issues with our firewalls and go missing. You may have better luck sending it from that email address straight to the address I gave you (contact@kubii.com) in the future.
