Avis vérifiéGiving 3 stars, sorry. A product in my cart got sold while I was waiting for an answer to a question about that order. Luckily there was a (more expensive) replacement product. And please, keep with the same customer in the same language. I got email in English, French, even Spanish(??) at some point, and I'm Italian. Keep it in English, please.

Dear customer, Good afternoon, We are really sorry this happened to you ! We are facing a really tensed situation regarding stock due to a worldwide semiconductor shortages ! Stock is getting scarce and, sadly, this can happen. We usually answer within 24H during the week, 72H during the weekends. If you do not get an answer within this timeframe, please know that it is not normal : feel free to send again your inquiry or to call us at 33 9 72 62 43 30. In any case, please know that the stock in your basket is not reserved, only an order can secure the stock. Regarding the emails we send you, it depends on the version of the website you are logged in. If your logged in the English version, we'll answer to you in English. If you're in the Italian version, we'll answer in Italian. We try to stick as much as possible to the spoken language of our clients. As for the emails in French and Spanish... We're as lost as you ! We've changed the website recently and we're still working out some details ! We'll review this situation to make sure this does not happen again. We thank you for your understanding. Hello Melanie, it wasn't my intention to sound harsh and I apologize. I just wanted to let Kubii know about some -maybe- weak points in the shopping process. I'm aware that my cart won't make a (limited available) product reserved and in the end it was my fault to wait for an answer before securing the item with an actual order. And let me say that nothing of what happened with my last order (that was happily fulfilled) will not keep me praising your shop with friends and people enjoying DIY technology.
