  No contact. No return call or email. No shipping or tracking info. I placed an order on 10-1-15 and received an email with the corresponding reference number. Enclosed in this email was the date of delivery being between 10-16-15 and 10-20-15. I also paid an upgraded shipping method so a tracking number would be supplied (UPS). However, no tracking number has ever been provided. My payment was processed and completed on 10-1-15 according to the order status on my account. I have patiently waited till today 10-20-15 which is the last day of promised delivery, but no delivery was made. For the last 3 days I have called the contact number which I only get a French answering service and no return call. I have emailed twice with no response, in an attempt to acquire a tracking number or some form of shipping info to conform some sort of progress is being made. I have also called the U.S. contact for returns in Centerton, AR with no success either. My order status has reflected the same message ""order being processed"" for 3 weeks now including after the promised delivery time has expired. If some sort of contact or explanation is not reciprocated, in the next day or so, I will be reporting this practice of customer neglect, and forwarding a copy of all correspondence to my attorney.

  Awful/No Service I can only echo the experiences of many of the dissatisfied reviewers of 1001 Modelkits. I ordered an item on 12/09/15 which was, and still is, listed as ""In stock, Shipped within 2-4 days"". It is now 06/10/15 and no goods. I have emailed them twice on 19/09/15 and 02/10/15 and received no response until today I found by accident that they had left a message in my order history on 02/10/15 that ""Due to an error of one of our suppliers, we are still waiting for the product to be resupplied"". No indication of when that is likely to be and of course the item webpage still shows ""In stock, Shipped within 2-4 days"". I have requested a refund and will certainly never go near them again.

  Missing and broken parts. When I received my model, it had 1 broken part and 2 missing parts.. I contacted the company. They said they would send the parts. Still no parts after several months. I contacted again. They said send photos of the parts from the assembly sheet with parts circled. Still no parts after more months. I contacted again, now they won't answer me. It has now been over a year.

  NO Recommended Seller!!! Order Reference BPFFHAPJR - placed on 12/02/2015. and at 12/31/2015 My parcel was shipped. They sent me a tracking Number 9405510200829864161*** their respond very slow! I paid $257.88 for my order, but I get nothing!! I also report all those attempts to FBI, otherwise we have an issue with the local police department for this site! No respond for email, No respond for message on the site. No costumers service inside! I found A SNAKE waiting a FROG on the site.

  Worst online shopping experience ever! I ordered a Tiger tank (Academy - 1:35-AC1348) on 7th of november. I got an email saying that my order was being shipped on the 9th of november. Then nothing happened for a long time. I sent them an email on the 24th of novemeber asking what was happening with my order - NO answer. Then I sent more emails - still NO answers. On the 7th of december I complained to Pay Pal, And then finally on the 12th of december I got an email saying that my order somehow got lost, and now is out of stock and that they would refund my money. Today on 16th of december I got my money back. The Tiger tank is still listed on their site - shipped within 10-12 days. A bunch of drunk monkies would do a better job than these guys. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

  Snowmobile model The item I received was exactly what I wanted. My only suggestion to the company is their website talks about great customer service but when I tried to call the number they gave, I couldn't understand any of the recording. However, I would order from them again.

  Better chance of seeing pigs fly than seeing your order. I placed an order on Oct. 22, 2015 for my elderly grandfather. As of November 29, 2015 I have not received my package or any response from the company into the whereabouts of the package. In fact, my order is still listed as being processed. Like many of their other customers, I think I have fallen victim to a scam where they say the item is in stock, but it actually isn't. My poor grandfather is very irritated. At this point I just want my money back so my grandfather will get off my back and I can order the product somewhere else. I have sent 3 emails, 2 where sent today. Their excellent customer service is a sham. Customer service is only available 2 hours a day in an unknown timezone if you speak French.

  Decal set for a Polikarpov I-16 1/48 scale. I ordered a decal set for an I-16 1/48 scale. The decals arrived on time and in very good condition. Extra care was made in packing so the decals would not be damaged in route. The decal set and instructions more than exceeded my expectations. A very good value too.

  Description of product on website is completely misleading I ordered the 1:72 EDUARD 7503 Figure RFC crew 1917. In their product description: I copied and pasted this from their site: Type of product : Model figures The figurines are sold in boxes with several figures: - in the 1:72 scale, the boxes usually contain 40-50 figurine soldiers, or 15 cavalry figurines. In reality, there were only 6 figurines. At $13.99 plus shipping, this is way too expensive and not as described. It was a rip off!

  No product, no refund, no contact Ordered December 2, 2015. Was to be a Christmas gift. Couple days before Christmas I emailed. They said order was still being completed.   Non-existant customer service. I placed an order for an item in error and tried to contact 1001 Modelkits. I phoned them four times and never got an answer. I sent two emails via the site's online message app requesting a change to the order. No reply. Now I get a message nine days later saying they shipped the order before reading my change request. I will NOT order from this company again. I need to know I can contact someone if I have a problem or question, and 1001 Modelkits does not fill that bill.

  Exactly as advertised Ordered the ""HOBBY BOSS 82911 - MODEL KIT GERMAN 80CM K(E) RAILWAY GUN ?DORA?"" kit. This kit is hard to find, and the other suppliers wanted at least $250 (US). 1001modelkits advertised it for $189. It was delivered internationally in perfect condition, within the time frame promised. No complaints and much appreciated.

  I am very unhappy with delivery time. I ordered a sheet of decals for an older 1:48 scale B-17 kit on 2/10/16. The kit was 90% complete but the kit decals were too old. On 2/18/16 I sent a message requesting status and saying that if the decal sheet was not in stock I would select a different one. On 2/19/16 I received an email saying it shipped and they would notify me of a tracking number. It is now 3/2/16 and I have not received a tracking number or the decals. This is not acceptable and I will know better in the future not to order from 1001 models.

  Good product - poor communication with US customer The model is good quality & arrived within 2 weeks of ordering. However, the email confirmation quoted delivery at 9 months after ordering for some reason. When I called the customer service # with Boston area code to ask about this, no one ever answered the line and the voicemail was in French. Despite not knowing any French, I left a message anyway and never got a response. I emailed as well and did not get a response. This item was for an anniversary gift so timing was important. Glad they came through but if you have a question, you may have trouble getting an answer.

  Billing error cleared up in jig-time, first class! My order was shipped 3/29, so has not yet arrived in Canada (which doesn't surprise me) - hence the ""4"" rating. I discovered a price discrepancy between 3/29 and 4/10 and 1001 staff fixed it pronto. Overall impression - very good.

  Happy shopper It was through a search for a particular model kit that I was introduced to 1001. Having found the model I wanted, not produced at the moment, I decided to have a scooch through the site for anything else that may interest me. I'm only sorry that my bank balance wouldn't allow me to buy all the kits I wished for. There is a great selection of current as well as some rarer kits available. There seemed to be a slight delay in the despatch processs which I put down to the item being delivered from another site within the company. Once notified of delivery it was swift and the packaging was sound. I am very pleased with my purchase and will definately be visiting the site again. Many thanks

The website i found very easy to use, the very short registration process was a doddle, and as soon as my order was placed I received regular updates on progress despatch date and likely delivery date that meant I never had to check up or chase the order once.   Great, except... Though there was a bit of a delay between when I ordered and when my item shipped, once it was on its way, it got from France to California in under 2 days. I didn't like how the shipper (DHL) sent me updates saying a signature MAY be required. Either it is or it isn't, and I made arrangements to be here when delivery was promised, only to have it show up the next day when I was at work, necessitating my having to pick up my package from the post office. Otherwise my item was perfect, securely packed.

  Only one available Since this is the only place I found my item after days of searching, I cannot be too hard on them. I ordered my item and 2 days later I received an email confirming receipt of the order. 2 days after that I was notified that the item shipped and I would be provided a tracking number. 8 days later I am still waiting on my tracking number! An email to find out what happened has gone unanswered for 5 days now. At this point I am unsure if I lost my money or if this is an isolated case.

  Exactly what was ordered Item was ordered on 19 April and arrived on 6 May. It was sent via priority packet. Item was a decal sheet and mailed in a bubble pack. Decals were an item I'd been looking for for a while so it is nice they had one in stock.

  Go To Source I have had great luck with 1001 Modelkits. They seem to have about everything in stock including items difficult to get in the united states. It takes a little longer to get stuff and shipping can be a little more (I think stuff is often shipped from Europe) but it is worth it if its the only reliable source.

  Foreign Languages on Customer Service, I don't speak Chinese. frustrating. I called to check on my order and got a Chinese message, tried to send online message and it was only in french. ordered 3 weeks ago and i still don't have my package, it took ten days before they even shipped it. no tracking etc etc etc. The worst.
