Avis vérifiéWaardeloze club, Waardeloze club. Heb hier een Bronco coastal submarine 1/35 besteld met wat verf. Toen ik het model binnen kreeg zaten er twee dezelfde essentiële onderdelen in, dus paste het niet op elkaar. Mail gestuurd hierover op 13 februari. Het antwoord dat ik kreeg Er is contact gezocht met de leverancier. En het kon wel heel lang duren voordat het desbetreffende onderdeel zou duren. Ipv een andere doos open trekken en het onderdeel opsturen moest ik dus wachten. Uiteindelijk vond ik wel dat ik lang had gewacht. (en ik heb echt begrip met een Corona crisis). Op 23 maart heb ik de fabrikant Bronco (China) zelf maar een mailtje gestuurd met dit verhaal en vandaag 15 april heb ik de juiste onderdelen op de mat liggen. Pffff...ik bestel nooit meer wat bij deze club. Klant is koning...tot aan de deurmat.

Avis vérifiéClaim to be a English company!!! Claim to be a English company but in fact its based abroad.. I cant stress enough how dodgy that is.. Also you can try ring the uk number but it never gets answer. Pitiful really. I can understand how they are only 3 star.. Stick to proper uk based hobby sellers, you wont go far wrong there.

Avis vérifiéLeuk kado voor mijn vader eindigt in maanden contact zoeken met 1001modelbouw Begin maart een bouwdoos besteld. Ik kreeg geen mail dat de bestelling rond was. Alleen op de site zag ik dat de transactie geslaagd was. Na 3 weken heb ik ze gemaild met de vraag waar het bleef. Vervolgens 5 dagen later antwoord gehad, waar ik helemaal niks mee kon. Daarna nog 3x contact gezocht via de mail (want het buitenlandse nummer op de site doet het natuurlijk niet...) Geen reactie. Ik wil gewoon mijn geld terug en ik bestel hier NOOIT MEER. En als ik u was zou ik dat ook niet doen. Oplichters!

Avis vérifiéTe duur en te traag L.S., Helaas, ik ben nu al zeer teleurgesteld!!! Wat rond-surfend op het internet kwam ik dezelfde items tegen, maar dan heel veel goedkoper. Dat jullie prijs wat hoger ligt, dat kan gebeuren, maar meer dan 50% is absurd! Een vriendelijk, doch zeer dringend verzoek: Doe hier iets aan!!!

Avis vérifiéThis site makes no indication it is not… This site makes no indication it is not based in the UK unless you come off their website to see it is actually French. I placed an order on the second of the month and have still not recieved it. I only purchased from this site as they had everything in stock at the time. Although it would have been easier to wait for the items on eModels to come back into stock as it would have arrived sooner anyway and most likely cheaper. Looks as though my review is not a one off, a lot of people are having the same issue. I hope these reviews make them decide to change their site information to let us know they are not actually shipping from the UK when you place an order. I have now sent an email to see what can be done regarding the order and have asked for it to be cancelled if they cannot help. I get these are tough times however every other order I have placed has arrived within half the time. As far as im concerned this will be my last order from this site.

Avis vérifiéMy order of PJ Production Pilots I found 1001modelkits.com after searching for 1/72 pilots. They had a good selection and found what I was looking for. I ordered 3x PJ Production pilot packs and place my order on April 1st, 2020. After 10 days, I emailed them to find out the status of my order. They emailed back saying it was shipped. Since I live in the USA, my order did arrive on May 2. Maybe because of the COVID and over seas shipping, it took a bit to arrive, but my order got here and am very happy.

Avis vérifiéOplichters Ze annuleren automatisch de helft van je bestelling die je dan als voucher krijgt en de andere helft komt gewoon niet. Op mails krijg je amper reactie en ze doen er alles aan om je af te houden. Het nummer zijn ze ook niet op te bereiken. BESTEL HIER NIET!!!

Avis vérifiéBe Aware Be careful when ordering from this supplier as the delivery dates are very excessive (currently in excess of 6 weeks) and communication is poor. I have repeatedly asked for a refund by email and the request is being ignored. There is no way to contact them other than by email as the phone is either off or straight to answer an machine.

I usually like to discuss any questions I may have about the items I wish to purchase with a member of staff but glad to say that everything turned out ok. The range of items was a delight to see from just one supplier. I am now considering my next buying spree with 1001. Thanking all the team for a great effort in delivering my order within one week.
