Avis vérifiéSatisfied with My Order I give the kit itself high marks. Very accurate representation of the Fw-19 A5. Also in my favorite scale.1/18th. The only complaints I have about my experience is that the model came wrapped in a single layer of thin bubble wrap. Fortunately, no damage, but an external protective box would have been safer. Also, as regards the kit, no swastika decals were provided. I understand international laws regarding the swastika, but not even supplying decals for a display model is, in my opinion, somewhat extreme,. Overall, happy with 1001 Hobbies and Hobby Bosss kit.

Avis vérifiéOrdering was easy Ordering was easy, thankfully not everything was in French. Tracking was a little hit and miss. I got a notice of delivery due on 2/24/21 a couple of days later it was changed to 2/22/21 and I was thrilled. package finally arrived on 3/1/21. I was starting to worry but everything was in the box and well packed for the long trip. Would certainly use them again.

Avis vérifiéAnd the dreadful customer service continues... On 6th February I posted a 1 out of 5 star rating for dreadful customer service. I was contacted two days later saying that I would receive a refund for my shipping costs and that this would be complete within 14 working days. It’s working day 19 and guess what? Yep, no refund, even after chasing them again. Seriously - how **bad** can customer service get?! If I could give a rating of less than one, I would.

Avis vérifiéwel besteld maar geen levering????? Na op 21-01-2021 een bestelling te hebben geplaatst van drie objecten bleken er twee op voorraad en één moest worden besteld. Het zou ongeveer 5 weken duren voordat ik het in huis zou hebben. Na een week of vier nog geen enkele beweging te hebben gezien heb ik gemaild met de vraag hoe de situatie er voor stond. Tijdens dit contact gaf men aan dat ivm een nabestelling het nog wel vier tot zes weken kon duren. Ondertussen bleef het angstvallig stil. Nadat ik onlangs weer contact heb gezocht, was het antwoord dat ivm de nabestelling vanuit een Britse leverancier en de problematiek rondom Brexit de bestelling nog wel vier tot zes weken op zich kon wachten. Ondertussen zag ik dat er nu ineens twee artikelen niet op voorraad waren. Levering is belabberd, blijven de leveringstermijn maar aanpassen, zelfs als er staat dat iets op voorraad is blijkt een aantal weken later dat er geen voorraad meer is. Ik heb via de mail de bestelling gecanceld en ga het wel bij iemand bestellen die gewoon kan leveren. Nu hopen dat de annulering niet vier tot zes weken gaat duren.
