Avis vérifiéI recieved my new zray kayak today. When I removed the plastic wrapping and saw a box that wasn't the kayak I bought!! I opened the box to find a used zray, it had sand and sea salt over the floor Old model as it doesn't have the dropped stitch floor, as shown in the advert. 1 paddle which is useless for kayaking,should be 2 paddles as shown in the advert. 1 bag which is a different manufacturer and you must have found it in the basement as it stinks Not the same zray bag shown in th advert. No seats. 2 seat are shown in the advert. It looks to me as if you've put together a kayak from parts laying around in your shop. I'm disgusted as your advert showed a zray drop stitched floor, 2 seat 2 correct paddles A zray bag Your advert was for a A new kayak still wrapped in the box, just the box was damaged. You've sent me a load of rubbish parts laying around in your. I'm disgusted with your false advertising You can send me the correct kayak I bought and take back the rubbish you sent me. If not then I demand a refund and you can collect your rubbish. I expect a quick answer from you to resolve this issue
