I have not long started purchasing… I have not long started purchasing products from this company. So far I have not been disappointed . Products arrived in good condition and delivered when they said it would. Prices very competitive. If I have any criticism to make it is this. They sent me an E mail in French which I did not understand. When I explained that I did not speak French. I asked twice to be sent in English. But still sent in French. I hope this will be rectified in the future. I will order more products soon and see what happens.

Out of stock, overpriced late postage. Ordered 17 packs of card dividers in various colours, left 4 packs out as stated out of stock on site. A while after ordering was notified they had to get stock in, even though it stated in-stock and i refreshed up until purchasing, and you cannot purchase if out of stock. Items came 2 1/2 weeks later in oversized box, with an invoice thats in French. Postage was way overpriced at over £7. Product was as described, which is the only plus.

In order to minimise the shipment's costs, we wait till all of your products are available and send them at once. You had chosen the standard shipment method, since we send our products from France, it is normal for it to take some time. I can't say enough about 1001… I can't say enough about 1001 Modelkits. They had what I wanted and couldn't find elsewhere reasonably priced. ICM 24103, and ICM 24104 MERCI 1001!

Misleading product listing The item for sale listing stated it would be dispatched within 24hrs. It actually took them 5 days to dispatch. They then blamed me for choosing Eco post which wasn't cheap for the delay. As the item was bought as a gift and turned up too late to fulfil it's purpose I had to purchase elsewhere. When it did arrive I refused delivery and sent it back. I have heard nothing since, that is nothing I can understand as their communications are in french when they clearly know I am English.These people are arrogant, ignorant and misleading.

Half My order is on back order now My order is on back order and it's only thing I need to get my blizzard going . Been told it will hopefully be back in stock by February 25 and if it's in stock it still need to ship to Texas I had to complain in few emails and finally got one of two I ordered shipped the second is still on backorder. I received first part of order on March 9th.

Overall Poor Service Placed and order for a model plane in mid December. Order was expected to ship about 7 days after order placement and ship with DHL. It did ship when expected, however, the DHL tracking number they provided did not work. Their e-mail reply stated that their ""logistic partner made a mistake"" and it shipped some other way with no tracking number. I was refunded some of the shipping cost. When it arrived, the shipper box arrived in very good condition with no signs of damage, physical or weather related. I point that out because when I opened the shipper box and took out the model's box, I quickly could tell that the model's box had previously gotten wet. Anyone could see and feel that the box got wet and then dried. It also means that their order processing department could tell and shipped out the box anyway, knowing it might have issues. The water did reach the components inside. I'm okay with the plastic parts getting wet, no harm, I'm okay with the manual being warped by the water and the staples on it getting rust, it still readable. I'm not okay with stickers warping, fading colors, and losing adhesiveness. Sent two e-mails before getting a reply. They said they would send replacement stickers. I e-mailed back asking if possible to ship in box instead of an envelope because the likely hood of bending. Did not received a reply. 5 weeks later, no stickers. Send an e-mail, they don't reply. Send a second e-mail, they don't reply. 6 weeks later still no replacement stickers. First and Last purchase with 1001 Modelkits. By the way, their price for the model is about 35% over the original retail price.

Horrible Horrible. It was not packaged in a box and protected. It cane damaged and opened and said it had been repackaged. I took photos of it. I have not been able to reach anyone at all to talk to about this. I give it 0 stars

Rare kits available. Ships on promised timetable Packaging was so-so They state clearly that it takes them 3-5 days to ship, and it does. But, they have had out of productions kits I have been unable to source anywhere else. I can accept the wait. Of the two kits I purchased, both large, and both shipped transatlantic, one was packed beautifully, the other not particularly well, resulting in the manufacturer's box seal breaking in transit and slight crushing damage to the box. The kit was complete and undamaged. Both kits came with faded box art - so if I was buying to build, my experience was excellent. If I was buying to collect, I would have been less happy.

I recently ordered decals from here… I recently ordered decals from here but, unfortunately, by my own mistake, I ordered the wrong ones. Fortunately I'll be able to pass them on to someone rather than return them. I reordered the correct decals &,after explaining that I need the decals ASAP, they responded to my email almost immediately. Great service &, judging by the decals I received, excellent quality. Good day Good day, to be honest, I am not very happy with the delivery, firstly they could not send for a very long time, secondly when they sent it was written your order would arrive in 4-5 days but in fact the order went 9 days and I thought the order would arrive at the post office I wanted to deliver the courier to the index that I ordered, I didn’t have to wait for him at home, so when I was called back I said to redirect the package to the post office with my previously specified index, and third, because of poor packaging, the model arrived broken locator, I stuck himself on super glue.

The model has not arrived The model has not arrived. It was ordered over a month ago and the company made a mistake and mailed it with the wrong company. If it is not received by Tuesday I will demand a refund.

I was very disappointed in the quality of product I was very disappointed in the quality of the product. I would have expected a more traditionally designed kit. I’m not looking forward to cutting out and fitting the pieces without registration points. For the price this is a little bit ridiculous. I am also disappointed in the shipping time considering I waited for three weeks to then have it airmailed to the US. I would not purchase again and regret my purchase. Otherwise no other problems

Okay Was able to receive a product I wanted yet there was no tracking to US and it took considerably longer than expected (34 days). Unfortunately these were gifts and one had been previously opened and taped shut and both packages were crushed although the external packaging showed no damage.

Excellent choice of hard to find NITRO RC AIRPLANES I have been looking for 2 specific Top Flite, Greatplanes ARF’s, for years and years. Both ARF’s were discontinued more than 10 years ago. Guess what? 1001 Modelkits had them in stock! I could not believe I finally found the planes. Shipping to the USA took more than a week, both planes arrived securely, and in flawless condition. Couldn’t be happier. Thanks!

Modellicious Good selection of products, good prices. Only complaint was that delivery was a little bit slow but not a dealbreaker for me as long as I get the stuff I ordered and it is intact!

All goods were received eventually All goods were received eventually. However, it took much longer time than I expected for the delivery of purchased items. And I was unable to trace the status of delivery despite accessing the link. Not message as to the delivery date could be received whatsoever.

Eco deliveries do not have tracking possible. For a tracking of your order, choose Express. Regarding delivery dates, we give a delivery estimate for each order. Best regards

Model not in stock. I ordered a model that said they had two available and it turned out not to be in stock. After ten days I am requesting a return. We will see if that happens. I believe they fool you into believing they have product in stock.

Product shows as in stock Product shows as in stock, I place an order, pay a pound or two more than the site shows (I put that down to sloppy exchange rate conversions) then 19 days later, with several emails telling me they are waiting for stock, I get an email saying that it is in stock but they will dispatch it as soon as it's in stock. The emails say not to reply to the email but to use the site which then gives the exact same email address or use their chat which coincidently says it's not available a couple of minutes after I sent a complaint

Good to do business with... Service was reasonably fast and the pricing was good. Took a little longer to get my order (as it is shipped first from Europe to their warehouse in the USA first) and then shipped to me. The only thing I might improve would be their tracking system... would have been nice to know where things were with my shipment. Thanks again for the order... I am sure we will do business again soon!

bad experience with shipment bad experience with shipment ordered two model kits, slowest shipment (eco) selected, which is ok. but the shipment went wrong, package got lost and sender cannot help to find. then i asked 1001 and they said i need to wait until the deadline of this eco shipment. this is not the way i appreciated from the seller where i bought something and the package went lost.

Rip off company Don't Use After ordering items that were all supposed to be in stock from a UK.co. webpage I discovered that they are in France??? They had 2 items an the 3rd was being imported from manufacturer. Obviously not stock and I could have purchased the item from Kyosho in japan cheaper than the price they sell . Then waiting for items supposed to be in stock for 2 weeks from France still waiting. DO NOT USE NOT UK MERCHANT . .CO.UK IS A LIE Wednesday refund still not paid

No order updates and slow dispatch Ordered on the 13/08 and still only showed ""processing"" after 7 days so cancelled. Also they only process refunds on a Wednesday which seems bizarre.
