wrong item sent received my 2 item order in good time but one item sent was completely different item to that that i ordered so very disappointed with this have tried contacting support there twice but no response yet over 2 days,site does not seem to have proper complaints section so so far very disappointed with this company,item ordered was british forces patrol and support group by airfix but got sent folland gnat instead that totally unacceptable

My first order was fantastic and… My first order was fantastic and smooth. DHL was expansive but incredibly reliable. No problem with that. My second order was with Callisimo which casted a lot of uncertainty because of previous first hand -ve experience. 13 days now after they claimed it has departed French airspace and I am still waiting for it here in HKG. We shall see.

1001 is ridiculous 6 days ago l wrote a review under the title of ""1001 sucks."" On 7/23, l received an email advising me that my items had shipped and l would receive them in a few days. Well its now 7/27, and l have received nothing. I checked their sometimes working tracking site and it's difficult to understand because its all in French. I guess they don't understand that not everybody speaks French. As of today the tracking icon that shows you where the item is indicates that it is nowhere near being delivered. I don't even think it's reached the U.S. It seems they sent it via a raft. I don't expect it for at least another week. I noticed that while looking at other reviews the company only responds to positive reviews and publicly thanks those reviewers. However, they don't respond to negative reviews. I guess it's against their policies to publicly acknowledge and apologize for their mistakes. After my experience with this company l will never order from them again. I recommend you don't either. If you do it's at your own risk. You've been warned.

Poor packing allows damaged package I ordered a Porsche 356 Di cast model and it was only wrapped in one layer of bubble wrap. The car itself arrive okay but the packaging/display was damaged. This could have easily been prevented with another layer of wrap or a box and wrap. Not worth sending back as it appear this is the only/last one available in silver.

I placed my order (and was charged for… I placed my order (and was charged for it) on July 25th. As of August 18th, I still have not received it. When I enter my order number in the box they provide to track my parcel, nothing happens. I still have no response as to when I may expect to receive my merchandise. Had I known it would take the better part of a month to fulfill an order for one sheet of decals and two tins of paint, I would have gone elasewhere.

Model box was shipped without a packing… Model box was shipped without a packing box, so when it arrived the model box was damaged. This was meant to be a gift, and now it looks all crappy. Especially for the outrageous shipping price. **reply to shipper’s comment** It was shipped by being wrapped in bubble wrap. No shipping box. The label was taped to the bubble wrap.

Fast shipping I ordered a Revell 1:500 Enterprise (Into Darkness.) It arrived very fast via international shipping (maybe 2-day.) The cost of shipping was a bit high, but this is a difficult model to find in the States, and the overall price was competitive or cheaper that what I was seeing elsewhere.

i'd like to give 0 stars but i dont… i'd like to give 0 stars but i dont have the chance. The parcel was according to 1001 Hobbies delivered in my mailbox, which is actually not possible due to the size of product!!! After communication i am now considered as ""cheater"" and refund is refused. it just about 25 euros and now what they offer is just 10 euro voucher. As a plastic model fans i could be a regular customer but now... i will just contact a lawyer to get my money back and say goodbye.

I was pleasantly surprised.... I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the products I purchased from 1001 Modelkits got to my home (from Paris France to South San Francisco Bay Area - California in less than 2 weeks). Prices were reasonable and I am pleased. I'll likely shop there again when I need specialty adhesives and supplies. Very satisfied.

Order placed 8-20-20202 Order placed 8-20-20202, received 9/10/2020. All items ordered were there. Order was shipped 8/7/2020 All items were in stock. Why wait 7 days before processing the order? Took 8 days to go from France to US. - This is normal. Took 5 days to be delivered. Slow again. I'm giving a 3 out of 5 stars, 1-3 days to make the order and ship it is acceptable. 7 days is not. Shipping cost at 24.00 is way too high. Box was mangled and crushed on one side but everything was OK You could read the contents of the shipping box because it had the invoice with the items clearly readable. One of the dumbest things I've seen. I gave you a fair shot at my business, you took too long and cost too much.

Zeer slechte winkel!! Precies vandaag ben ik al 7 weken bezig om mijn bouwpakket compleet te krijgen. Toen het pakket binnen kwam miste er 1 zakje met wat kleine onderdelen. Na diverse emails waar geen reactie op kwam, heb ik via Facebook contact gezocht. Hier kreeg ik snel reactie en het zou opgelost worden. Sinds het contact via Facebook is het 5 weken van meerdere berichten en belofte, maar ik heb nog steeds mijn bouwpakket niet compleet. Ik zit nu dus met een bouwpakket van €70,- die ik niet kan bouwen. Bestel niks bij deze winkel!

Good! Arrived just in time. Order placed as gift for my nephew. Came nicely wrapped, and just in time after allowances made for Covid19. I would have given them no stars if I… I would have given them no stars if I could, bought a model from them which I received back in July with missing parts, which I still have not received. I’ve asked for a refund which they agreed On the 5th September and would be done at the beginning of the week, I’m still waiting on this, they have ignored my last two emails For a update on the refund. Still haven’t had a reply not impressed with their customer service, wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Found desired item at 1001 Modelkits I looked everywhere in the USA for this item. It was either sold-out of no longer in production. My search lead me to 1001 Modelkits in France. They had a Ki44 that was out of production and hard to find anywhere, THEY HAD THAT TOO !! I needed a Eduard interior set for the 1/32nd Hasegawa Ki61, and there it was, Ordered up and in about a week I had it on my doorstep. Thanks to all at 1001 Modelkits for helping me finish my model. Update,,, received package on October 13 . It took approximately 9 weeks wasn't sure if I would ever see it everything was fine Have not received package,, three weeks out so far. Cannot get any info as to whom the delivery company is ,, ie,,USPS,FedEx, UPS,, etc etc etc..I do have info that my package has arrived in the US,,???not impressed !

Tot nu toe niks geleverd en totaal niet bereikbaar Op 5 september heb ik een bestelling geplaatst en betaald. Vandaag, 21 september, heb ik nog steeds niets binnen. Op mails wordt niet gereageerd en de telefoon wordt niet opgenomen. Ik heb ze een keer telefonisch te pakken gekregen. Toen meldden ze dat ze nog wachtten op 1 product en dat mijn bestelling op 17-9 verzonden zou worden. Ik heb nog steeds geen verzendbevestiging gekregen. Blijkbaar reageert het bedrijf wel op reviews hier. Dus, 1001hobbies, kunnen jullie aub uitleggen wat jullie aan het doen zijn?? Edit: Op mijn mail van 7-9 hebben jullie gereageerd Op mijn mail van 8-9 hebben jullie niet gereageerd Op mijn mail van 11-9 hebben jullie gereageerd nadat ik heb gebeld Op mijn mail van 18-9 hebben jullie niet gereageerd. Wat betreft jullie telefoonnummer 31 85 80 81 159: Op 7-9 heb ik 4 keer gebeld. Alle 4 keer kreeg ik voicemail. Op 15-9 heb ik gebeld en kreeg ik een Engels sprekende medewerkster aan de lijn. Op 21-9 heb ik 8 keer gebeld. Alle 8 keer kreeg ik voicemail. Jullie bereikbaarheid is dus waardeloos. Ik zie dat de order inmiddels gesplitst is. Ik ben benieuwd wanneer alles geleverd wordt.

I have dealt with 1001 hobbies before I have dealt with 1001 hobbies before. They are great! The model comes when it's supposed to. The model I just got has been built, and painted and decaled. It's an incredible model, all parts fit just right. Had a little trouble with the engine fitting where it should have.

wrong scale / size sent Simple. They sent the wrong size/scale of tank track, and they sent 2 sets of the wrong size track. Let's see how long it takes '1001' to correct. I sent back the two sets last week, - October 8th, 2020

Placed my order to Ontario Canada on… Placed my order to Ontario Canada on Sept 10th 2020 and received it in about 2 weeks. I received updates multiple times as it traveled. I am happily suprised at the quality of service i received, shocked at how quick i received my order and will order from 1001 again.

The instructions are very bad The instructions are very bad. They trell you to hit a bind button that is not there. My boat has a sticky rudder so it cannot turn left.
