  Incorrect item delivered Incorrect item delivered. After waiting several weeks for my international delivery (from 1001 Modelikits in France), instead of receiving the Huey Decal Set that I ordered, I received decals for a Japanese warship! The company website gives no email contact details for customer service. Very disappointed.

Sinds 10 september staat het pakket bij PostNl als ´aangemeld´ maar vandaag 6 oktober nog steeds niets ontvangen. Op een mail van vrijdag 2 oktober j.l. geen enkele reactie. Als ik bel krijg ik een engels sprekende voicemail. Communicatie langs Trustpilot werkt wel, want het pakket is vandaag 12 oktober, na een stevige en harde review op 6 oktober, geleverd. 1001 Modelkits: doe wat aan je klantencontacten via email of telefoon anders redt je het niet.

  I was a bit hesitant to place an order… I was a bit hesitant to place an order requiring overseas shipping from a shop new to me, especially for a kit offered at a reasonable price which seemed out of availability everywhere else in the world. What I received was a mint-perfect kit, well packaged for safe shipping, delivered with amazing speed and overall wonderful service!!! Just plain WOW. Would give more than five stars if I could!!!!

  Packaged arrived & it was what I… Packaged arrived & it was what I ordered - so 5 stars. The only issues: I thought the package was originating from USA because the webpage I ordered the items from had a Chicago contact number (I was a little surprised when I saw it was coming from France and it would take several weeks). Package tracking was good until it arrived in the US - then there was no tracking at all (couldn't estimate what day it would arrive). This is somewhat important where I live as people steal packages left on doorsteps - so I like to be home when an expected package arrives.

Had a problem with shipping (it was accidently shipped to me rather than my Mom, but this was a postal carrier error, not 1001 Modelkits error). Staff at 1001 Modelkits helped correct the mistake by refunding half of my shipping. Really appreciated that! Would order from here again.

  All in all a satisfied customer All orders were sent in a propper amount of time. If there was an item not available any longer I immediately received confirmation via mail. I even got a voucher for my next order as a kind of compensation. So in general 4 stars out of 5.

  I found a rare item so the selection of… I found a rare item so the selection of model supplies is very good. The tracking was constant although not in my language which was a little odd. My only minor complaint is I wish the packaging had been better. The delicate decals did get dented. I piece of stiff cardboard would have helped. Overall I am happy with the selection and service.

  Futaba antenna T8FG This antenna is not available in the US so I ordered it from another country. Took me 10 minutes to replace. Beats having to send your radio in to replace the antenna for a simple repair.

  Lange levertijd Bestelnummer 225643. Op de site staat 3-5 dagen levertijd. Inmiddels drie weken verder en artikel staat nog steeds op ‘in behandeling’. Twee keer gemaild en twee keer een Copy Paste bericht terug gekregen dat het nog 3-5 werkdagen duurt. Slechte zaak!

  Product niet geleverd en geen geld terug. Fraudeurs! Ik weet niet waar deze mensen mee bezig zijn. Maar na een bestelling overduidelijk naar het verkeerde adres verzonden te hebben (het niet bestaande 413 in plaats van 41-3), komen ze niet terug met een oplossing. Zij hebben niet geleverd, maar geven ook niet het geld terug. Telefoonnummer werkt niet, mailen werkt niet. Zelfs een aangetekende brief komt terug omdat hun adres niet klopt. Edit: Op de factuur staat duidelijk 41-3. Dus wat hieronder wordt beweerd klopt niet.

  AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Anybody thinking of purchasing from this company I cannot urge you not to.AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. I placed an order which after 2 weeks had not arrived on trying to contact them I really struggled to get through, when I eventually did I was fobbed off by someone who could barely speak English. After 3 weeks and contacting them again I was told my item was discontinued yet it took them 3 weeks to realise this and only because I contacted them and yet they still took my money. BEYOND A JOKE

  Claims amazing customer service Claims amazing customer service, call the number and I can't get a person, or leave a number, so I have to leave an email, however, my issue is time-sensitive, and I need to be able to call. There is no indication your order goes through when placing an order. When you go to enter credit card information you are redirected to a sketchy site, and they keep rejecting my Visa.

  Simple and fast for an overseas purchase You had a kit I’ve been trying to find for a long time. I was hesitant at first ordering from overseas, but the process was simple and fast. The payment options were nice and the kit arrived much faster than I ever imagined. The packaging was nice and sturdy and the kit arrived in great condition.   Great Service I don't normally leave reviews but in this case I thought I would. I ordered a model LCT-6 on Saturday 14th November as it was the best price on the internet, paid with PayPal and waited. Email confirmations and thank you' s then nothing! Used to Amazon next day deliveries I was a little concerned so checked trust pilot. Mainly good reviews but some poor - had I made a mistake? Turns out no, model arrived in good condition on 20th, new and all email advices beforehand advising its status. Some people were complaining it came from France - so what, the service was good, the price was good and we are in a pandemic!! Would definitely use again - Thank you for your service 1001 models

  Vreselijke communcatie en geen duidelijk inzicht in leveringen Product bleek na 3 weken niet op voorraad te wezen/ niet leverbaar te zijn waarbij eerder verteld werd dat het onderweg was en de week na besteldatum zou worden verzonden. Helaas is de webshop onbereikbaar per telefoon en krijg je vreemde half franse e-mails terug wanneer je contact zoekt. Nu bleek dat mijn bestelde product niet geleverd kon worden kreeg ik eerst een mail met 3 opties: annuleren en geld retour, een credit of een alternatief product. Na gemaild te hebben dat ik de order graag gecancelled zie en mijn geld retour krijg. Vervolgens komt er een nieuwe mail binnen waarbij de optie tot terugbetaling van de bestelde goederen is weggehaald maar geen response op mijn eerder gestuurde e-mail.. beetje apart. Al met al tot dusver een slechte ervaring en mijn geld nog niet retour ik vermoed dat dit een ongoing story gaat worden gezien het stroeve verloop tot nu. Mochten de zaken binnen korte termijn netjes en correct worden opgelost pas ik uiteraard mijn review hiernaar aan.

  Good Service, Bad Package Tracking No problems except I paid the extra charge for tracking in the USA and the “tracking” was basically useless. It never gave me an actual location, just (eventually) that the item had been delivered to the destination country...pretty broad as it’s a pretty big country. But the model did arrive safe & sound, and in general I was pleased with the service.

  The site is well organized The site is well organized. Prices seem to be pretty good compared to other sites. My problem is with the shipping - while this is not a problem 1001models is responsible for, I have not received the order I placed on 10-31. The only tracking info I've received indicates that the United States Postal Service accepted the package in France for delivery on November 11. Since then, the package has disappeared into a lost package hell. I've begun trying to get help finding the package and effecting delivery from both 1001models and the U.S. Postal Service. So far, it hasn't been located.

  The shipping time wasnt very clear The shipping time didnt seem very clear and I was unaware of how long my order would take. Once the shipping commenced it gave me a better idea of its status, just still not an overall delivery date. Otherwise, I was very pleased.

  Not the best customer service or quality Placed an order and then my problems started! Had no order confirmation just payment details, upon further investigation the website came up as a scam! Sent an enquiry to them and asked them to cancel my order and also enquired as to what was wrong with their website unfortunately this resulted in several rude emails from them refusing to cancel my order, and not once explaining what was wrong with their website.However my order did arrive and sadly not the best quality! I would recommend shop around for your models and avoid these people.

  Too small for me Too small for me. Very detailed for its size but just too small for what I want or need! Length 2 3/4in. and wing span is 3 3/4 in. It is a very nice model for its size. I will keep it.

  I ordered on 12/4 I ordered on 12/4. On 12/15 I checked tracking and it said it should arrive that day. The next day the message changed to in transit. Tomorrow is 12/22. I still haven’t received my order. All I’ve gotten from your company is more offers to buy things. I’m frustrated and I still don’t have an answer when I’m getting my order.

  Don’t waste your money, chances are you won’t ever receive purchased items Paid extra $25 for expedited shipping. Has been two weeks since purchase, still no item that was paid and ordered. This company is garbage , responds in French , and takes way too long to respond on inquires. Don’t waste your time or money , they are awful.
