Avis vérifiéExcellent choice of hard to find NITRO RC AIRPLANES I have been looking for 2 specific Top Flite, Greatplanes ARF’s, for years and years. Both ARF’s were discontinued more than 10 years ago. Guess what? 1001 Modelkits had them in stock! I could not believe I finally found the planes. Shipping to the USA took more than a week, both planes arrived securely, and in flawless condition. Couldn’t be happier. Thanks!

And I was unable to trace the status of delivery despite accessing the link. Not message as to the delivery date could be received whatsoever.

Hello, You have chosen an Eco delivery. Eco deliveries usually take a week to arrive. But in special cases, it can take three weeks. Eco deliveries do not have tracking possible. For a tracking of your order, choose Express. Regarding delivery dates, we give a delivery estimate for each order. Best regards

With the choosen delivery services ""eco"" which usually take 5 to 7 working days to be delivered. But sometimes take more due to local post. If you don't receive it by the 9/10 please. Avis vérifiéModel not in stock. I ordered a model that said they had two available and it turned out not to be in stock. After ten days I am requesting a return. We will see if that happens. I believe they fool you into believing they have product in stock.

Avis vérifiéProduct shows as in stock Product shows as in stock, I place an order, pay a pound or two more than the site shows (I put that down to sloppy exchange rate conversions) then 19 days later, with several emails telling me they are waiting for stock, I get an email saying that it is in stock but they will dispatch it as soon as it's in stock. The emails say not to reply to the email but to use the site which then gives the exact same email address or use their chat which coincidently says it's not available a couple of minutes after I sent a complaint

Because we know that some people like to answer to the automatic e-mails even if we write not to answer them because they go straight to our spam. We have receive the product the 24th. Avis vérifiéGood to do business with... Service was reasonably fast and the pricing was good. Took a little longer to get my order (as it is shipped first from Europe to their warehouse in the USA first) and then shipped to me. The only thing I might improve would be their tracking system... would have been nice to know where things were with my shipment. Thanks again for the order... I am sure we will do business again soon!

Avis vérifiébad experience with shipment bad experience with shipment ordered two model kits, slowest shipment (eco) selected, which is ok. but the shipment went wrong, package got lost and sender cannot help to find. then i asked 1001 and they said i need to wait until the deadline of this eco shipment. this is not the way i appreciated from the seller where i bought something and the package went lost.

They had 2 items an the 3rd was being imported from manufacturer. Obviously not stock and I could have purchased the item from Kyosho in japan cheaper than the price they sell . Then waiting for items supposed to be in stock for 2 weeks from France still waiting. DO NOT USE NOT UK MERCHANT . .CO.UK IS A LIE Wednesday refund still not paid
