Avis vérifiéZero Star If I could give zero stars, I would! I purchased a figure on 9/21, 10 days later they contacted me and told me the figure I ordered was not at the right price so they had to cancel my order. So basically they're telling me I have to repurchase the figure at a much higher price ($257 more in this case) after I already paid for that figure, that is ridiculous. And thanks for making me waited 10 days for the ""good"" news. Note: Everything is overpriced on their site. I suggest everyone stay away, you can find much cheaper price and much better service elsewhere!

Avis vérifiéDisappointed with customer service I placed an order on 22 November (for an item that ""usually ships 3-5 days""). Order did not ship until 9 December. Next, I specifically requested and paid for expedited shipping, but item was shipped economy (2 weeks delivery time and no tracking). As a result, it is unlikely my item will not arrive in time for to be a Christmas gift as intended (more than a month after ordering). Customer service offered to refund the difference between economy and expedited shipping, but this won't help the package get here in time. BEWARE of poor quality and slow customer service.

Avis vérifiéUnhelpful response I'm into week 2 of chasing this company for a refund for items which have been lost in shipping. The items are Christmas presents which I need to have in 2 days time to give to people. Very unhelpful service - just tell me I have to wait for the investigation with Hermes which 10 days in has produced a zero result. I would NOT recommend ordering from them.

Avis vérifiéRobery... Ok, they have an amazing selection of paints and other things. But the shipping was $15! I added some other stuff to the cart, and then looked at the total cost. The shipping FREAKING WENT UP TO 22$. THIS IS FREAKING ROBBERY. There should be a deal where if you spend over $30 the shipping goes down. My subtotal was $40, but the with shipping it was $62. I was so mad that I didn't even purchase my items, and I still won't until I get a reasonable answer on why the shipping is so expensive.

Avis vérifiéWat trage communicatie maar toch opgelost uiteindelijk Ik plaats een bestelling waarbij alle items in stock zijn en klaar om direct te leveren volgens de informatie op hun site. Ik betaal 8 euro voor verzending en mijn bestelling is na een week zelfs nog niet verzonden. Live chat voor hulp is niet beschikbaar zelfs wanneer ze zogezegd wel bereikbaar zijn (ma-za, 10-18u) en ik krijg ook geen antwoord op meerdere mails. Hopelijk doen ze hier snel iets aan. EDIT: Na toch even wachten toch kunnen oplossen met de klantendienst. Nu staat het product inderdaad aangegeven als '4-6 dagen wachttijd'. Op het moment van mijn bestelling was dit echter niet zo en was het in stock.

Avis vérifiéBestelling laten inpakken... Bestelling laten inpakken met een kaartje met opschrift als kadootje. Toen ik het aankreeg na 3 weken wachten ( wat al te laat was ) was dit heel slecht ingepakt en er zat geen kaartje bij. Ik kon wel door de grond zinken van schaamte. Is de laatste keer dat ik hier bestel.

Avis vérifiéI ordered a model kit on the 19th of… I ordered a model kit on the 19th of November picking the express delivery for it to be here before Christmas and it has still not arrived I have emailed then and spoke on the phone saying the item isn't it stock which it should state on the Web page and shouldn't allow you to pay extra for delivery when they don't have it I will not be ordering from here again really bad customer service not happy at all

Avis vérifiéAccidentally created an order Accidentally created an order, tried calling, no response on either USA number. Sent an email, got a very professional reply saying that they would cancel the order and I would get a refund within 14 days. Sure, sounds great. Except that I got a notification from the delivery company saying that my package is still arriving, and 1001 Model Kits has not responded since regarding the package or refund status. The package is now waiting at the delivery company's office and I have yet to hear back from them. BTW, their website changed the price from $20 on like 4 payment screens, to $140 on the very last payment screen, for a $14 item (that weighs about 1oz). (it seriously says $125 charged for shipping on the email I received). I'm assuming it's a software bug and they dont intentionally swindle people... but the fact that they shipped my item, despite telling me they would cancel my order within 24 hours of placing the order makes me think that they're running a scam. At the very least, it doesn't feel like their customer service works very hard to make things right.
