Avis vérifiéI would have given them no stars if I… I would have given them no stars if I could, bought a model from them which I received back in July with missing parts, which I still have not received. I’ve asked for a refund which they agreed On the 5th September and would be done at the beginning of the week, I’m still waiting on this, they have ignored my last two emails For a update on the refund. Still haven’t had a reply not impressed with their customer service, wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Avis vérifiéFound desired item at 1001 Modelkits I looked everywhere in the USA for this item. It was either sold-out of no longer in production. My search lead me to 1001 Modelkits in France. They had a Ki44 that was out of production and hard to find anywhere, THEY HAD THAT TOO !! I needed a Eduard interior set for the 1/32nd Hasegawa Ki61, and there it was, Ordered up and in about a week I had it on my doorstep. Thanks to all at 1001 Modelkits for helping me finish my model. Avis vérifiéUpdate,,, received package on October 13 . It took approximately 9 weeks wasn't sure if I would ever see it everything was fine Have not received package,, three weeks out so far. Cannot get any info as to whom the delivery company is ,, ie,,USPS,FedEx, UPS,, etc etc etc..I do have info that my package has arrived in the US,,???not impressed !

Avis vérifiéTot nu toe niks geleverd en totaal niet bereikbaar Op 5 september heb ik een bestelling geplaatst en betaald. Vandaag, 21 september, heb ik nog steeds niets binnen. Op mails wordt niet gereageerd en de telefoon wordt niet opgenomen. Ik heb ze een keer telefonisch te pakken gekregen. Toen meldden ze dat ze nog wachtten op 1 product en dat mijn bestelling op 17-9 verzonden zou worden. Ik heb nog steeds geen verzendbevestiging gekregen. Blijkbaar reageert het bedrijf wel op reviews hier. Dus, 1001hobbies, kunnen jullie aub uitleggen wat jullie aan het doen zijn?? Edit: Op mijn mail van 7-9 hebben jullie gereageerd Op mijn mail van 8-9 hebben jullie niet gereageerd Op mijn mail van 11-9 hebben jullie gereageerd nadat ik heb gebeld Op mijn mail van 18-9 hebben jullie niet gereageerd. Wat betreft jullie telefoonnummer 31 85 80 81 159: Op 7-9 heb ik 4 keer gebeld. Alle 4 keer kreeg ik voicemail. Op 15-9 heb ik gebeld en kreeg ik een Engels sprekende medewerkster aan de lijn. Op 21-9 heb ik 8 keer gebeld. Alle 8 keer kreeg ik voicemail. Jullie bereikbaarheid is dus waardeloos. Ik zie dat de order inmiddels gesplitst is. Ik ben benieuwd wanneer alles geleverd wordt.

The packing box was damaged but the team had done such a good job packing it that nothing inside was damaged in anyway. I will definitely order from them again.
