After waiting several weeks for my international delivery (from 1001 Modelikits in France), instead of receiving the Huey Decal Set that I ordered, I received decals for a Japanese warship! The company website gives no email contact details for customer service. Very disappointed.

Avis vérifiéAlleen bereikbaar via een review op Trustpilot Op 10 september 2020 artikel TU00366 besteld en betaald. Sinds 10 september staat het pakket bij PostNl als ´aangemeld´ maar vandaag 6 oktober nog steeds niets ontvangen. Op een mail van vrijdag 2 oktober j.l. geen enkele reactie. Als ik bel krijg ik een engels sprekende voicemail. Communicatie langs Trustpilot werkt wel, want het pakket is vandaag 12 oktober, na een stevige en harde review op 6 oktober, geleverd. 1001 Modelkits: doe wat aan je klantencontacten via email of telefoon anders redt je het niet.

Tot op heden wordt het niet ondersteund door de vervoerder.0 We hebben een onderzoek ingesteld om dit probleem op te lossen. We komen zo snel mogelijk bij u terug. Avis vérifiéI was a bit hesitant to place an order… I was a bit hesitant to place an order requiring overseas shipping from a shop new to me, especially for a kit offered at a reasonable price which seemed out of availability everywhere else in the world. What I received was a mint-perfect kit, well packaged for safe shipping, delivered with amazing speed and overall wonderful service!!! Just plain WOW. Would give more than five stars if I could!!!!

Avis vérifiéPackaged arrived & it was what I… Packaged arrived & it was what I ordered - so 5 stars. The only issues: I thought the package was originating from USA because the webpage I ordered the items from had a Chicago contact number (I was a little surprised when I saw it was coming from France and it would take several weeks). Package tracking was good until it arrived in the US - then there was no tracking at all (couldn't estimate what day it would arrive). This is somewhat important where I live as people steal packages left on doorsteps - so I like to be home when an expected package arrives.
