Had a problem with shipping (it was accidently shipped to me rather than my Mom, but this was a postal carrier error, not 1001 Modelkits error). Staff at 1001 Modelkits helped correct the mistake by refunding half of my shipping. Really appreciated that! Would order from here again.

Avis vérifiéI got the model kit I ordered in a… I got the model kit I ordered in a reasonable period of time, considering that it was shipped from France and delivered to me in California. It arrived in good condition, with no broken parts. It is good to know that there is a place to get model kits at a good price, which may not be readily available or not available at all from other sources.

Avis vérifiéAll in all a satisfied customer All orders were sent in a propper amount of time. If there was an item not available any longer I immediately received confirmation via mail. I even got a voucher for my next order as a kind of compensation. So in general 4 stars out of 5.

Avis vérifiéI found a rare item so the selection of… I found a rare item so the selection of model supplies is very good. The tracking was constant although not in my language which was a little odd. My only minor complaint is I wish the packaging had been better. The delicate decals did get dented. I piece of stiff cardboard would have helped. Overall I am happy with the selection and service.

Avis vérifiéFutaba antenna T8FG This antenna is not available in the US so I ordered it from another country. Took me 10 minutes to replace. Beats having to send your radio in to replace the antenna for a simple repair.

Avis vérifiéLange levertijd Bestelnummer 225643. Op de site staat 3-5 dagen levertijd. Inmiddels drie weken verder en artikel staat nog steeds op ‘in behandeling’. Twee keer gemaild en twee keer een Copy Paste bericht terug gekregen dat het nog 3-5 werkdagen duurt. Slechte zaak!

Avis vérifiéProduct niet geleverd en geen geld terug. Fraudeurs! Ik weet niet waar deze mensen mee bezig zijn. Maar na een bestelling overduidelijk naar het verkeerde adres verzonden te hebben (het niet bestaande 413 in plaats van 41-3), komen ze niet terug met een oplossing. Zij hebben niet geleverd, maar geven ook niet het geld terug. Telefoonnummer werkt niet, mailen werkt niet. Zelfs een aangetekende brief komt terug omdat hun adres niet klopt. Edit: Op de factuur staat duidelijk 41-3. Dus wat hieronder wordt beweerd klopt niet.

Avis vérifiéAVOID AT ALL COSTS. Anybody thinking of purchasing from this company I cannot urge you not to.AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. I placed an order which after 2 weeks had not arrived on trying to contact them I really struggled to get through, when I eventually did I was fobbed off by someone who could barely speak English. After 3 weeks and contacting them again I was told my item was discontinued yet it took them 3 weeks to realise this and only because I contacted them and yet they still took my money. BEYOND A JOKE
