Na herhaaldelijk contact, doen ze me verschillende 'aanbiedingen': 5% korting op volgende aankoop, een credietnota, terugzenden van artikel (!). Terwijl de wettelijke levertermijn van 30 dagen ruimschoots is overtreden en ik dus recht heb om de verkoopsovereenkomst ongedaan te maken en ze mijn geld terug moeten storten!
