Avis vérifiéComplete afzetterij Ik kan niet spreken over de gang van zaken van deze webshop want ik zal hier nooit iets kopen. Deze gasten moeten zich eens goed aan hun hoofd voelen. Ik ben zelf een modelbouwer van (houten) schepen en de prijzen die zij zich durven te vragen gaat veel verder dan aan de dure kant. Dit is gewoon complete afzetterij en de schepen die zij verkopen heb je elders al voor de helft. Gewoon schandalig dat dit gewoon mag. Nogmaals, ik weet niet hoe de afhandeling van bestellingen is of dat de prijs van andere producten lager is, maar het loont zich zeker om elders te zoeken.

Avis vérifiéThis is one of the very few online… This is one of the very few online hobby stores who stock all of the items needed to build a successful model. Shipping is a fair cost to where the product is being sent from, and arrives in a timely manner. One suggestion/recommendation for the site and/or model builder is look at the instructions, prior to ordering your model to make sure you have all the correct paints, glue, transfer softeners, etc. etc. which the instructions typically list. I've had to make several orders for materials, as working into the model I did not realize I needed. An amateur issue, not to be repeated? Probably, but the cost of the shipping certainly makes me pause for the next model purchase to be made to ensure that all the materials needed are purchased.

Avis vérifiéSCAM They claim to have never received my payment, even though all the information was correct and my bank confirmed that I sent the payment. They spam mails that I say ""it appears we haven't received your payment"" and when you try to solve the issue they just stall. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Avis vérifiéHelaas na ruim 3 weken nog niks ontvangen Ik heb op 23 januari een bestelling gedaan en betaald. Ongeveer 2 weken geeft de track and trace aan dat het pakket moet worden opgehaald door de bezorgdienst. Dit gebeurt maar niet. Twee keer gemaild en de toezegging gedaan door 1001hobbies dat het snel op de post zou gaan. Helaas nog geen resultaat. Ik hoop dat deze review 1001hobbies tot actie aanzet. ik hoop dat jullie dit bericht serieus nemen. Ik heb gelijk betaald. Nu moeten jullie mijn bestelling snel op de post doen. Mochten jullie willen reageren? Doe dat dan maar in het Frans. Dan kunnen jullie wellicht beter uitleggen waarom het zo lang duurt!

Avis vérifiéPas op!!! Heb via deze site een model gekocht. Bedrag is afgeschreven van mij n creditcard. Daarna ondanks herhaaldelijke pogingen tot contact geen nieuws meer gehad. Geen bevestiging. Geen nieuws over verdere afhandeling. Telefoonnummer op de site werkt niet en geeft in het Frans aan dat je maar moet mailen. Hoop dat het goed komt, maar krijg inmiddels een slecht gevoel bij de afloop van mijn aankoop hier. Zeker nu reacties op vragen uitblijven. Wil deze ervaring als waarschuwing hier delen.

Avis vérifiéDelivery time FAR TOO LONG! With a .co.uk website and a UK contact number, assumed it was a UK based company as nothing to give true location obvious on website. MISTAKE. Ordered two in-stock items on 23rd December and received 9th February. Far too late to be of any use and ignored all my polite requests to cancel order and refund. Accept Brexit excuse but expected delivery delays should be made much more obvious at time of order. Covid is not acceptable as every other supplier is managing perfectly well. Will not trouble them with my business again.

When I ordered the product it was stated it was in stock, two weeks later I received notification the product was shipped - I have still not received the product. Their are either very disorganized or not truthful about their inventory. My order was two masking sets that would fit into an envelope and their shipping fees where extremely high. I wanted the product so I moved forward. Other vendors had the same product, lower cost and lower shipping but were truthful about delivery time (that would be sooner than this experience). Next time, I will go with the other vendors. Update - Feb 21, 2021 and still have not received the product - ordered Jan 31, 2021 Update: Feb 26, 2021 Received the package. It is an Eduard masking kit. They do say that on their site, but I missed that..my fault. I have ordered from Eduard direct in the past, about the same price but far lower shipping cost and delivery was much faster.
