Avis vérifiéSent the wrong plane, feel duped Hi, Although I appreciated you sending me a ""super chipmunk"", and promptly, it was not all the same as the one I was expecting - the box is totally different and the plane is much smaller than shown. I was expecting the MHD or ""Thunder Tiger"" Chipmunk with 51"" WS as you showed, but instead got the small ""World Models"" which only had a 39"" WS. I wouldn't have ordered if I'd know this. I hoped you weren't trying to cheat me....

Avis vérifiéOrder Number LZNR70WXX I ordered a model on 16th November 2020 and £74.25 was taken from my bank account. It appears that Hermes made two attempts but were unable to deliver the package and returned it to you. We have had numerous other parcels delivered by Hermes. Hermes Tracking Number 551639530371039.. Nothing was heard from you, nor my money returned, so I phoned you on the number you advertise, which appears to be no longer available. I got through and a very nice lady told me she had a record of this and was waiting for the warehouse to issue the necessary document. She said she would chase it and let me know within the next day or so. This model is the last one you have in stack so is important. Needless to say, despite trying to contact you, I haven’t heard a word so far and wonder if you would be kind enough to take some interest in this matter and either return my money or send the model.

Avis vérifiéFast shipping and no issues to United States The negative comments regarding shipping coming from the US I don't think are fair. We are in the middle of a pandemic as we all know and I know businesses are doing the best they can. They also can't control the shipping speed. We need to understand that all falls on the courier's. Anyway, I placed my order and checked on it periodically and it kept updating until it shipped. Once it did, I got tracking and my order came in very quickly. It's worth noting that it was with normal shipping speed also. I would gladly order from these people again. I can only speak from my experience and it was excellent! Thank you again 1001 Modelkits!

Avis vérifiéPoor packaging Model was in bubble wrap packaging and Revell box had clearly been crushed and otherwise manhandled. It does not appear at a glance that any parts are damaged but whoever your logistics company is should consider using a box to ship these model kits in as they are fragile and have many small parts that can break easily.
