Avis vérifiéI am in LOVE with my Freya, Shakti and Monarchia necklaces! They create a look that I have been searching for for years! Timeless european elegance that feels edgy and the layers look SO gorgeous!! In Cauda Venenum's jewelry looks so heavy and expensive in the mirror and to onlookers, but is magically light to the touch and feels absolutely weightless wearing. In Cauda Venenum's communication was also SO fast and clear - I had seen a picture of the look but was uncertain of which necklaces to order. I am also petite and wanted to ensure that I could still get "that" look even if I am not as tall as the model. The In Cauda Venenum team responded so quickly, shared with me the exact necklaces in the photo and shared the option of making each necklace a few centimeters shorter. The final 3 products are beyond perfect and I am thrilled! I can't wait to order again from In Cauda Venenum! xx

Avis vérifiéI ordered in May, it was suppose to take ten days. It’s now 11th July and it still hasn’t arrived and to make matters worse is now 30% off and they refuse to refund me the sale difference. Really bad.

Hello Marita, You pre-ordered the Freya necklace, the shipping date was specified on the product page, in your cart, at checkout, and you received a specific email summarizing the same details. This necklace is unfortunately only available for pre-order due to high demand, and this has been the case for almost one year. Your order was shipped last week and it will arrive in the next few days, I even sent you a personal email regarding its shipping. I understand you are eager to receive your jewellery and I'm sorry you have to wait that long but all pieces are handmade by me and I really do my best, so please do not exaggerate, as the necklace is not sold 30% off now either. Thank you. I truly hope you will like it as well as the rest of your order. Regards.

Sorry, you are right not 30%, I think 20. My mistake. When it was ordered, it was explained it would take up to 10 working days, and it has not. It has taken much longer. I have no issue with that as such, what I do have an issue with is the fact it has been on sale before the item had been sent off. I think it is not unfair of me to be very disappointed. It was ordered in May and it hasn’t arrived yet, this is not an exaggeration. I also have the email saying it would take up to 10 working days.
