Avis vérifiéJe ne mets que 3 étoiles car la table est superbe mais la livraison a été catastrophique. Un livreur désagréable qui me laisse avec le colis de 80kg et sur 2 grosses palettes en prime devant ma résidence en prétextant qu'il n'a pas le temps de retirer les palettes.... je l'ai signalé au service client qui n'a même pas pris la peine de me répondre non-plus . Bref le produit est top le reste beaucoup moins.

Avis vérifiéAu commencement de notre commande on nous avait dit que le meuble n'était pas disponible car pas conforme mais pourtant nous l'avons reçu assez rapidement. Du coup nous étions satisfaits. De plus très bien emballé donc aucun souci. C'est top !

Avis vérifiéOur table never arrived. As your request for feedback shows we ordered and paid for it on August 2. Pier import guaranteed 3 day delivery. This fitted in with our holiday plans. Normally companies immediately hook the customer up with the deliverer and emails plus text messages ensure a smooth and rapid process, Not this time, Zero communication. I have written seveal times to Pier import to resolve this but to no effect. Yesterday I received an email from someone higher up the order discussing my problem with another staff member. I assume this was accidentally sent to me. The staff member was being told a number of things about me and my order, possibly explaining the reasons for this lapse, but there has been nothing sent directly to me. How can I possibly recommend this company. they are sitting on a 600 euro purchase and doing nothing to rectify it.

Dear Edwin, we are sorry to read your disappointment which is only due to the misunderstanding of our delivery time. Pier Import never wrote that the table would be DELIVERED under 3 days but that it will be SHIPPED under 3 days. You confirmed your order on August 2nd and we shipped it on August 5th. You received an e-mail from us on August the 6th informing you about the shipment. Your table arrived in the south of France at the local trucker agency on August the 8th. They tried to deliver on August 9th but found nobody at your delivery address. You contacted us on August 11th and we sent 2 replies the same day and several others the days after. Is that what you call "zero communication" ? We have tried to solve your problem but in the mid of august in the south of France, many trucker companies have to face a huge load. Regarding the mail sent accidentally to you, we could not find it. Your table will be sent back to our warehouse and you will receive your money back. Dear Christelle , Your response sent me hurrying back to my hotmail to check the correspondence and the dates . I find no record of an August 11 email from me in the sent folder , nor can I find the 2 emails allegedly sent to me on the same day . No link was ever sent to me by the trucking company . This is what I mean when I write ‘zero communication’ . The fact that you make this distinction between shipping and delivery is an interesting stance for an internet firm to use against its clientele . I am yet to see this in any of my numerous purchases from Amazon . The fact that Piers imports is a smaller company with more limited resources does not give it a dispensation to hand over any responsibility for delivery to some un-named trucking company . What I paid for , was something delivered to the door of my house . If there is a breakdown in communication it is the sender’s responsibility , not mine . . I hope this clarifies matters .
