Avis vérifiéPremier surf website que je vois où si la commande ne va pas, il n'y a pas de bon de retour, c'est au client de payer le retour ET pas de remboursement mais un bon d'achat... Je retournerai sur mes sites de glisse abituels la prochaine fois.

Avis vérifiéAprès consultation du site pour l'achat d'un flotteur JP Australia, j'ai appelé le magasin avant de passer la commande pour vérifier la disponibilité du produit. J'ai été rapidement pris en charge par un conseiller qui m'a confirmé la disponibilité du produit et donner des conseils sur la livraison ainsi que quelques conseils pertinents sur mon achat. Bilan très ravi pour mon premier achat sur ce site.

Avis vérifiéOnline prices and purchases not reliable in SurfShop.fr Facts: 1. I ordered online a board bag that was priced at 94,99€ and being an EU-based customer it appeared a shipment cost of 9,90€, both of which were (and still are) showed in the invoice. I was immediately debited by the total amount mentioned. Subsequently I received an e-mail from the shop stating that I should pay additionally 19,55€ for the shipment if I wanted to receive the already ordered article. I do feel this is a regrettable procedure from the shop, since the total price should be presented to the consumer at the time of the online purchase (not to mention that a 29,45€ cost to ship a simple board bag from France to Portugal is the most expensive one I found between my hundreds of online purchases in the EU). Conclusion: the price presented by the shop at the time of the online purchase is not reliable, at least for non-French customers. 2. I ordered online a top wetsuit supposed available and I was immediately debited at that time. Some days after I was informed that the particular wetsuit was no longer available and I was asked if I wanted to opt for another alternative. Since I only wanted that specific article I cancelled the order. It took me several weeks to get my money back via PayPal. Conclusion: articles presented online are not reflecting the effective stocks and because you are debited anyway you may face a cumbersome delay on the due refund.

Dear customer, Thank you for review but some facts are completly wrong. Let me explain : 1. Yes you pay 9.90€ for a delivery in EU country but depending of the size, volume and weight of the product a link payement can be asked by our service to send you the product. For your boardbad in thatcase, 9.90€ isn't enough to send the package to the portugual. For France it's free for all orders over 49€ only and for delivery in the EU, shipping costs start at 9.90€. Dear customer, Thankls for your review but some facts are completly wrong. Let me explain : 1. Price for shipping in eu start at 9.90€ and depending of the size wieght and volume of the product our logistic department can ask by a payement link the difference between payed price and real shipping cost. 9.90€ can cover small shippment but in your case for a boardbag it's a big parcel which is more expensive. 2. I do not agree with you. There is nothing wrong in the facts I mentioned. In your site you should put the real price when the customer makes the order. Almost all online sites I know (a lot of them) do that; when the total price is not the one that shows they do not debit the customer. The second point was related to a different attempt to order a ION wetsuit in December, 2021 (I can send you the mail’s that were exchanged at that time...).

Dear customer, If you were more attentive during the order procedure, you may notice in the part 4 of shipping that we clearly write " Livraison Europe 9.90 € addition fees (for boards, sails, masts and voluminous products) " If you did not agree with the extra shipping cost, you could just cancel your order. Please notice that shipping cost are hugge and we cannot send you the product for only 9.90€ or we just lose money. And if you make a quote on shipping service it's more than 30€ to send a boardbag from France to Portugal. Regards, Team SurfShop.fr

I will not prolong more this conversation since we are in total disagreement . Of course I knew what was written in your site and you can put whatever shipping costs you are able to offer . And I did not say that you were dishonest . What I said and it’’s a fact is that you have a very bad business practice that I never saw in all the immense sites I bought stuff . The other companies only debit the customer when the total price is presented to him , with everything included , and not before . I knew that you could reimburse that initial amount but it is a rather cumbersome procedure . With PayPal and a credit card it took me *** ****** to get my money back at the time of the attempt to order a ION wetsuit . With that kind of procedure , not reliable , I will not buy anything again in your shop . Have a good day .

Avis vérifiéBonjour J’ai adoré le conseil autour de mon achat Je cherchais un windsup mais surtout je cherchais du conseil de gens avisés Ce que j’ai trouvé non ´ seulement un très bon prix mais un très beau windsup , certain m’ont questionné sur la plage et j’ai conseillé aussi de se rendre sur surfshop.fr Il me tarde de retrouver RODOLPHE pour ses conseils qui valent aujourd’hui de l’or Merci messieurs pour tout, un excellent sup et un Windsurf magnifique programme Testé entre la maison de la mer à Mandelieu puis à la bouillabaisse à ST en sup et en wind surf Idéal aussi pour une belle ourssinade à ST’ Biz et bon vent à tous
