Avis vérifiéPriority shipping not honoured I ordered a model costing over 120 euros and elected to pay for quicker shipping which guaranteed delivery in 3 days. 10 days later the model arrived and my request to have the shipping costs refunded was refused as they claimed they could not refund postage as the models had already been shipped! If I had known this was a French company I would never have ordered from them.

I placed an order with them yesterday and shortly after began seeing the bad reviews so decided to cancel. Well, they do not have anything in place to request a cancellation, you cannot reach them by phone and they ignore the emails requesting a cancellation. These are terrible business practices and I will be sure and warn all of the modeling groups I am in to stay away!

Avis vérifiéWorst Supplier I have ever dealt with Possibly the worst supplier I have ever had to deal with & if there was a Zero rating I would give it. Placed an order and after 6 weeks nothing received and very limited communication from 1001. Decided to cancel order and requested a refund that has taken a further 6 weeks for return to me. At no time did 1001 answer what I call a straight question with a straight answer. The so called London phone number is either off or answer machine but then what would you expect when the company is based in FRANCE. So if you intend purchasing from this company be & you experience problems be prepared for a difficult time.

Avis vérifiéModel was bought with guaranteed three… Model was bought with guaranteed three to five day delivery for which I paid extra. Model arrived ten days later. As they had failed to deliver on time I requested refund on the extra I had paid for the three to five day delivery. They refused stating that they could not refund postage as the model had already been delivered. This company advertises as being UK based but are based in France which is misrepresentation. Poor customer service. Company then offered me 5% discount on my next purchase after reading this review which they can shove where the sun does not shine.

Avis vérifiéI was very upset when UPS sent me an… I was very upset when UPS sent me an email telling me my F-106 model had been delivered and UPS had not been seen on the street I live on. So I start a claim against UPS and the claim was denied because only the shipper can file a claim. On the third evening while I was working on the claim I received a phone call from someone 4 blocks away informing me that they had my shipment. It was addressed to me but had the wrong address on the package. This kind person researched my name and found my address and they were on the to deliver it. I checked the order and my mailing address was correct. Someone at the shippers end entered the wrong address. The model looks great but I will have to find a way to remove the decals and put the set I ordered on. I wish they produce the aircraft model without decals so customers then apply what they want on them.

Wish I had seen reviews before puchase Ordered two items (value approx. 2x £100, Total £200) during Covid -19 (I totally appreciated the order was likely to be delayed). I payed extra for quicker shipping (with everything going on I honestly expected it to be delivered within 7-14 days). All items on the website said “instock” at time of order or I wouldn’t have ordered them. A month later I had no sign of the order and it still said processing on their website. I emailed 1001 on 3 occasions to get an ETA for the order, I was eventually told the second item was “out of stock” (I beleive it was still being displayed as ""in stock"" on their website at that time...), I gave them the opportunity to provide two of the first item instead. That suggestion was ignored and I after I kept pushing they started a new thread to tell me again that the “2nd item was out of stock”. Communication was next to useless, single response to each email thread followed by ghosting after that every time. I gave up and raised a PayPal claim. I warned them after making the claim and suggested the alternative again which they also ignored. I would not recommend and I can’t stress enough to make sure you can claim if they don’t deliver (only buy with PayPal or Creditcard). I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt but it does smell dodgy.

When I contacted them I got a quick response from customer services to apologise and explain the delay was down to one paint being temporarily out of stock. Overall, good service and would use again.

Avis vérifié1001 sucks If there was a zero rating l would use it. I ordered 2 separate decal sheets. One said ships today and the other said ships in 3-6 business days. After 14 days l contacted them and they told me one 1 item was out of stock and they advised they were looking for another supplier. I asked them to send me the one item they had and they refused. I asked them to cancel the order and issue a refund they refused stating their logistics would make that impossible. They also advised that their ""logistician""??? could not perform that function. They are as bad as the Chinese company Goutuin. They advertised and sold merchandise they didn't have and they also reused refund. In closing 1001 Hobby kits sucks and I will never do business with them again and recommend that you don't either.
