Avis vérifiéModel box was shipped without a packing… Model box was shipped without a packing box, so when it arrived the model box was damaged. This was meant to be a gift, and now it looks all crappy. Especially for the outrageous shipping price. **reply to shipper’s comment** It was shipped by being wrapped in bubble wrap. No shipping box. The label was taped to the bubble wrap.

Avis vérifiéFast shipping I ordered a Revell 1:500 Enterprise (Into Darkness.) It arrived very fast via international shipping (maybe 2-day.) The cost of shipping was a bit high, but this is a difficult model to find in the States, and the overall price was competitive or cheaper that what I was seeing elsewhere.

Avis vérifiéi'd like to give 0 stars but i dont… i'd like to give 0 stars but i dont have the chance. The parcel was according to 1001 Hobbies delivered in my mailbox, which is actually not possible due to the size of product!!! After communication i am now considered as ""cheater"" and refund is refused. it just about 25 euros and now what they offer is just 10 euro voucher. As a plastic model fans i could be a regular customer but now... i will just contact a lawyer to get my money back and say goodbye.
