First, the order was ""supposedly"" shipped to another address in another state. Second, they reshipped only part of my order to me. THIRD, AND THIS IS IMPORTANT, IT TOOK 3 MONTHS TO GET A REFUND OF MY MONEY. I HAD TO HOUND THEM TO GET IT. THEY HOPE TO WEAR YOU OUT. SCUMBAGS

Avis vérifiéClaims amazing customer service Claims amazing customer service, call the number and I can't get a person, or leave a number, so I have to leave an email, however, my issue is time-sensitive, and I need to be able to call. There is no indication your order goes through when placing an order. When you go to enter credit card information you are redirected to a sketchy site, and they keep rejecting my Visa.

The payment options were nice and the kit arrived much faster than I ever imagined. The packaging was nice and sturdy and the kit arrived in great condition. I’ll definitely keep you in mind when I’m on the hunt for another hard to find kit.

I ordered a model LCT-6 on Saturday 14th November as it was the best price on the internet, paid with PayPal and waited. Email confirmations and thank you' s then nothing! Used to Amazon next day deliveries I was a little concerned so checked trust pilot. Mainly good reviews but some poor - had I made a mistake? Turns out no, model arrived in good condition on 20th, new and all email advices beforehand advising its status. Some people were complaining it came from France - so what, the service was good, the price was good and we are in a pandemic!! Would definitely use again - Thank you for your service 1001 models

Prices were okay but considering I couldn't find them anyplace else it is what it is. Fast shipping too even with things as messed up as they are now! I will use them again for my model needs!!!
