Ontvangen een PLA NAVY FLIGHT DECK CREW van Het merk DreamModel, terwijl ik een Micro-Mir G7E/T3 German Torpedo heb besteld en betaald. Op email wordt niet gereageerd en telefonisch ook niet. Hoop toch nog mijn bestelde torpedo geleverd te krijgen maar heb weinig hoop.

Avis vérifiéVreselijke communcatie en geen duidelijk inzicht in leveringen Product bleek na 3 weken niet op voorraad te wezen/ niet leverbaar te zijn waarbij eerder verteld werd dat het onderweg was en de week na besteldatum zou worden verzonden. Helaas is de webshop onbereikbaar per telefoon en krijg je vreemde half franse e-mails terug wanneer je contact zoekt. Nu bleek dat mijn bestelde product niet geleverd kon worden kreeg ik eerst een mail met 3 opties: annuleren en geld retour, een credit of een alternatief product. Na gemaild te hebben dat ik de order graag gecancelled zie en mijn geld retour krijg. Vervolgens komt er een nieuwe mail binnen waarbij de optie tot terugbetaling van de bestelde goederen is weggehaald maar geen response op mijn eerder gestuurde e-mail.. beetje apart. Al met al tot dusver een slechte ervaring en mijn geld nog niet retour ik vermoed dat dit een ongoing story gaat worden gezien het stroeve verloop tot nu. Mochten de zaken binnen korte termijn netjes en correct worden opgelost pas ik uiteraard mijn review hiernaar aan.

Avis vérifiéGood Service, Bad Package Tracking No problems except I paid the extra charge for tracking in the USA and the “tracking” was basically useless. It never gave me an actual location, just (eventually) that the item had been delivered to the destination country...pretty broad as it’s a pretty big country. But the model did arrive safe & sound, and in general I was pleased with the service.

Avis vérifiéThe site is well organized The site is well organized. Prices seem to be pretty good compared to other sites. My problem is with the shipping - while this is not a problem 1001models is responsible for, I have not received the order I placed on 10-31. The only tracking info I've received indicates that the United States Postal Service accepted the package in France for delivery on November 11. Since then, the package has disappeared into a lost package hell. I've begun trying to get help finding the package and effecting delivery from both 1001models and the U.S. Postal Service. So far, it hasn't been located.

Inside contents are OK. Not sure what happened, but somewhat disappointing. Even shipping lable on carton is unreadable.

Avis vérifiéVery satisfied with the first rate… Very satisfied with the first rate quality of my purchases which were mostly detail kits for the Tamiya P-38 I’m building. These pieces really enhance the kit building. I’m in the United States so I have to anticipate the shipping times, but I know that up front. Seems to have anything a modeler could possibly need so I will definitely buy from again for the Sherman tank and Wildcat kits I’m building next.
