Avis vérifiéThe shipping time wasnt very clear The shipping time didnt seem very clear and I was unaware of how long my order would take. Once the shipping commenced it gave me a better idea of its status, just still not an overall delivery date. Otherwise, I was very pleased.

Avis vérifiéIk heb een bestelling gedaan Ik heb een bestelling gedaan. Ik ontvang een bericht dat ik contact moet opnemen, maar de telefoonnummer op de website werkt niet. Er zou een deeltje van mijn bestelling niet leverbaar zijn, maar het artikel staat nog wel te koop op de website.

Avis vérifiéNot the best customer service or quality Placed an order and then my problems started! Had no order confirmation just payment details, upon further investigation the website came up as a scam! Sent an enquiry to them and asked them to cancel my order and also enquired as to what was wrong with their website unfortunately this resulted in several rude emails from them refusing to cancel my order, and not once explaining what was wrong with their website.However my order did arrive and sadly not the best quality! I would recommend shop around for your models and avoid these people.

Avis vérifiéToo small for me Too small for me. Very detailed for its size but just too small for what I want or need! Length 2 3/4in. and wing span is 3 3/4 in. It is a very nice model for its size. I will keep it.

Avis vérifiéI ordered on 12/4 I ordered on 12/4. On 12/15 I checked tracking and it said it should arrive that day. The next day the message changed to in transit. Tomorrow is 12/22. I still haven’t received my order. All I’ve gotten from your company is more offers to buy things. I’m frustrated and I still don’t have an answer when I’m getting my order.
