Has been two weeks since purchase, still no item that was paid and ordered. This company is garbage , responds in French , and takes way too long to respond on inquires. Avis vérifiéOrder Shipping/Delivery time too long to the US I placed an order in late November for a Christmas present. I received no updates as to my order status. About a week and a half out from Christmas, I inquired as to the status of the order. I got, ""Thank you for your patience"", but no other information except my order is in process. It was obviously not coming in by Christmas, so I ordered something else from someone else. I sent 3 requests to cancel my order since it was still in ""process"" and hadn't shipped yet. The communications I received were, again, Thank you for your patience with NO acknowledgment of any of my cancellation requests! We are in the states and had I know this was coming from France, I would not have ordered it. And, I will never order from 1001 Hobbies again. The travel/ship time is too long and the order progress communication is non-existent. After ignoring all my requests to cancel and not wanting to refund any monies, my order came in Dec 29. I did receive some communications as to the delivery on Dec 27. Do not order form 1001 Hobbies from the US unless you have a 2-3 month delivery window.

Avis vérifiéOrder not received I ordered a model kit on the 2nd December intended as a Christmas gift. The order arrived but contained a piece of heatproof glass with nothing else, certainly no model kit and not even a delivery note. I contacted customer service and 3 days later I received a response asking for photos of what I had received. I sent photos and another 4 days before I received a response advising the photos can’t be opened and wishing me a happy Christmas season. I have resent the photos and received no response. I followed up with another email and almost a week later I have had no response. I paid over £50 for the kit and just want a refund now. I would not order again from this company. Mistakes happen but it’s now two weeks ago since I reported the issue and I am not confident my money will be refunded.

Avis vérifiéI placed an order on December 19 I placed an order on December 19, 2020. I paid a lot of money for express delivery and upon placing my order received a confirmation email indicating that my order would arrive on December 24, 2020. I am still waiting for my order on January 2, 2021. Order tracking does not work. I get an error message indicating that this service is unavailable. I do not think I will order from them again.

Avis vérifiéI'm afraid that you choice of couriers… I'm afraid that you choice of couriers has prevented you from getting 5 stars. My experience of them is that they don't communicate very well and fail to deliver on the scheduled date when they do communicate.

I then received an email about to be delivered with tracking not available for 48 hours on 18.12.20which never got beyond expecting..then suddenly after Christmas another email saying was delivered 29th December. Will never use this company again. Very very disappointed. All communications, when I could get them in French.

Counting from the day I made the purchase it has been 5 weeks that I have been waiting. I am doubtful that I will ever see my package. 1001 offers many items that I can’t get elsewhere but, I can’t trust that the delivery will be made.

Avis vérifiéStill waiting I paid roughly $50 for a model plane and another $45 to have it expedited shipping to arrive between December 21 - December 24th before Christmas. Also included in the $45 shipping was a tracking number. Unfortunately the tracking company was only in French so so couldn’t understand it. It is December 29th and I still haven’t received the model. My uncle also Ordered the same model and he is experiencing the same thing. All it says on your website is December 21st your package arrived in your country. Nothing else. I am so disappointed. This Was the model planes my uncle and father flew in Vietnam and I was so excited to get it for him. I don’t even know if it’s still coming or if I lost my money. I choose your company because of all the good reviews.
