Avis vérifiéJ’ai trouvé facilement sur le site la pompe compatible beaucoup moins chère que l'original, livraison rapide, le livreur m’a aidé à déballer la pompe pour vérifier son bon état, les anciennes tuyauteries correspondaient à un poil près aux branchements, matériel fourni avec les joints, fonctionne très bien et est silencieuse, à voir dans le temps

Avis vérifiéWe recently placed an order (Ref S315646, €692.73) for delivery to the Netherlands. Unfortunately, the initial pallet delivered by the carrier (Kuehne Nagel) was incorrect and belonged to another customer. We notified MyPiscine immediately and provided photographic evidence. After follow-ups, we were informed this was due to a label mix-up on the carrier’s side and that a claim had been opened. We were advised that the correct pallet would be delivered and the incorrect one collected at the same time. However, this did not take place as scheduled, and we had to continue chasing for updates while our own customer was waiting. The correct pallet has now been delivered, but at the time of writing the incorrect pallet is still yet to be collected. While we appreciate that errors can happen and that the issue may have originated with the carrier, the delay and lack of proactive communication created unnecessary inconvenience and additional pressure on our side. We hope the outstanding collection is resolved promptly and that future deliveries are handled more smoothly.

As mentioned in our previous exchanges, this situation resulted from a label mix-up on the carrier’s side (Kuehne Nagel), which unfortunately led to the wrong pallet being delivered. A claim was opened immediately once we were informed, and our team has been in continuous contact with the carrier’s international department to resolve both the redelivery and the collection. We understand the pressure this situation may have created on your side, especially with your own customer waiting. Please rest assured that we have actively followed up with the carrier and escalated the matter to accelerate the collection of the incorrect pallet, which remains under the carrier’s responsibility. The correct pallet has now been successfully delivered, and we are continuing to monitor the outstanding pickup to ensure full closure of the case. While the operational error originated from the transport provider, we fully acknowledge that the overall experience reflects on us, and we are reviewing this case internally with the carrier to prevent similar issues in future international shipments.
