Review collected by a third partythe brushes themselves are nice, but cheaply made. the metal part falls off the handle and even if i glue it, it doesn’t stay on.

Review collected by a third partyFun activity if one is not very artistic. Good colours. The actual painting was a different format from the advertised photograph. It would have been useful to have a photograph of the painting.

Review collected by a third partyI was overwhelmed when I first started and felt like I had made a mistake! But once I got the hang of it, it was wonderful to see the progress, to see the picture take life. On day one I told my kids “I’m never doing this again.” Now that I’m finished on day 5- I’m shopping for another one!

Review collected by a third partyI did not have a good experience with this company. I requested a photo of my bernedoodle puppy on a snowy background. The dog is dark, mostly black and snow is white. I chose the company for the expedited shipping--and still waiting more than 3 weeks for it. When the first order arrived, his front two feet and the snow between them were colored the same so it looked like 1 giant leg. In addition there wasn't enough paint for the background. The insert said I should've received 5 containers of one color and there was only 1. I emailed the company and they responded saying they would make it right. They sent me a new one before I could see the results.--and I waited another month The next one was better but the background was basically just white so now the puppy looked like it was floating in a white background. Unrealistic. At that point my hopeful gift was not going to happen and I requested a refund. The company refused to offer a refund and then stopped returning my email requests. There are better Paint By number companies out there. :(
