Avis vérifiéI took the contract out however when it came to claim my husband was left for hours in the middle of the night because your 24hr help wasn't helpful and in the end the garage who rescued him sorted out him getting home. Since then I am waiting for the car to be inspected and as yet nothing! It is my only car and I live in rural France and so I would appreciate the matter to be considered quickly. Day 5 and no news. I spend a lot of my time on my own as my husband works away.

The recent replacing of my windscreen was dealt with quickly and professionally between the agency and Mondial. I had very little to do. Excellent service.
