Avis vérifiéI love your lingerie collection. The ladies were very good a selling and I had nice experience during the "purchase part." My issue came with the After-Sales. I had to return an item. The receipt said that I can return the item with receipt and ensure the lingerie is perfect condition and unopened. The staff accepted that the product was perfect and never used. But they refused to give me refund and only wanted to give me "store credit". Saying its company policy. We are in 2021 and been through a pandemic. Almost all shops give full refund. Also it says on your website and printed receipt the conditions for a return.... Your return policy is not transparent. And the team doesn't manage this part with elegance. The staff completely embarrassed me on this point. I am shocked by this mindset. Shaming people on returns due to policy is not correct. They said the text on the receipt is not clear and correct. A false impression and basically explaining to me the receipt is a lie. Please train your staff better to manage this type of uncomfortable conversations. I left the store feeling shamed for asking. Your product is superior and I will recommend it, but please work on your After-sales experience Return policy training of staff in uncomfortable conversations.
