Avis vérifiéVery poor service. Closed for lunch for 2 hours with 4 cars returning with 9 people waiting to return cars and get to the airport. This is not a car rental service, avoid.

It is your absolute prerogative to close for 2 hours at lunch but ludicrous for a company working in the very time-sensitive business of car rental for an airport. Due to booking through an agency in the UK and thought I had booked with Sicily By Car I wasn’t in a position to check your website. Judging by the other 5 cars also waiting for your lunch to finish, I would assume they weren’t aware either. But absolutely not a problem myself and the other customers were in full agreement - we won’t be booking with Rent A Car/Sicily By Car in the future. Best wishes Tina Tina Luke

Avis vérifiéÀ fuir, je réserve un vendredi matin ( panne de voiture et mariage ) 2h après j'essaye d'annuler la réservation car on nous prête une voiture pour le mariage il l'on même écouter non il faut 48h avant la réservation mdr sa fait que 2h que j'ai réservé bref je vais chercher quand même ma voiture le samedi. Alors le véhicule avec une grosse griffe très voyant mais ses pas tout le phare arrière casser on pouvais mettre notre main dedans. Nous n'acceptons pas le véhicule après tout j'ai payer, et là le vendeur Nous répond vous avez pas payer pour une voiture de luxe. Franchement mais où va ton. Donc à faire car on a passer plus de 45min pour récupérer une voiture non casser.
