Avis vérifiéThe car was good, but that was all. The way the personnel treated us was unbelievable. Rough, not kind vis-a-vis the customer. We had to wait more than 10 minutes at arrival and also at the return just for taking dozens of photos, while we didn't damage anything. We also had to pay a penalty for dirt, but nobody had informed us that the car had to be returned totally clean. This treatment has taken all the joy of using the car. Honestly we will not use your company again as there was no confidence at all.
