It is your absolute prerogative to close for 2 hours at lunch but ludicrous for a company working in the very time-sensitive business of car rental for an airport. Due to booking through an agency in the UK and thought I had booked with Sicily By Car I wasn’t in a position to check your website. Judging by the other 5 cars also waiting for your lunch to finish, I would assume they weren’t aware either. But absolutely not a problem myself and the other customers were in full agreement - we won’t be booking with Rent A Car/Sicily By Car in the future. Best wishes Tina Tina Luke
