Broker sent car hire voucher through with details that we'd be collected from the airport on arrival (Flight number and time given at booking). No one was there to meet us. No one answered the phone at the office in town and so we were stuck in arrivals trying to work out if we had a car hire or what to do. Broker (Auto-Europe) were equally useless as all they could do was Google for other phone numbers. When we eventually got through to the office in Carcasonne, they sent someone to pick us up but they just parked up in Departures. They didn't come looking for us and they didn't have a sign with my name on. When we got to office, collection of the car was fine. On returning it though, the office was closed until 2pm and out flight was 3.45pm. It all working out but was cutting it fine as there was only 1 member of staff working and multiple cars being dropped off. Stress that is required. Also, documents sent in French when English would have been helpful.

We rented a car for one week, near Carcassonne airport. The car depot is a short drive away from the airport itself but the company run a shuttle service which was efficient. The staff were friendly and polite. Our main but significant issue was that the depot closes for 2 hours over lunch time and this was not made clear to us at all. Our return flight meant that we, along with about another 6 other families all turned up to return our car during the lunch hour, with no information or notice about the depot being closed or when they would return. Thus added a lot of stress to the end of peoples holidays, and the cost of a taxi/Uber. Overall, the car was fine, but the company need to make people aware that they are closed during parts of the day, so we can plan our return drop-offs accordingly. A notice on the door for emergencies would also be useful. The depot must have this issue every week for those flying on a specific airline.

Very efficient process. Arrived in Carcasonne and rang the Rent-a-car office. The meet & drop process worked very well. The contract was very handy to receive by email, with all images before and after of the car. This was very efficient and handy.

Overall very pleased with the car and service received . I had booked a Renault Twingo based on price and need and was given a Renault Clio which was bigger than the Twigo so was very happy with that . Well done . I'll recommend to friends

Je considère simplement qu'il vaut la peine de mentionner qu'il doit y avoir quelqu'un qui parle une langue autre que le français. En tant que Portugais, nous avons eu la chance d'avoir un employé qui, lors de la livraison de la voiture, parlait un peu portugais. Mais la personne qui transportait la voiture depuis l'aéroport ne parlait pas anglais, ce qui rendait la communication difficile.

I booked this as a pick up at Airport car, not shuttle to office! I was one of several passengers who also booked airport pick up. You Also suggested i leave my family at airport. This is unacceptable and you need to not mislead people about the shuttle.
