Avis vérifiéYou have stolen €2000 via deposit fraud and the staff there is not helping me get it back. They also lied to VIPCars.com when asked. Capital One’s fraud and dispute team is on the case and I’ll make sure this gets handled accordingly. Great experience throughout the rental process and return, but horrible getting my expensive deposit back.

Avis vérifiéCar was not cleaned and just dirty. Booked meet and greet but when we called the agency for pick up it was difficult to have the conversation in english. And at the agency we felt uncomfortable.and not understood what we where saying and being laughed at We find out at delivery another renter 1 hour late they charge a complet extra rent day.

Avis vérifiéBien que le site de délivrance de la voiture ne soit pas dans l’enceinte directe de l’aéroport mais près de Roissy en France, je recommande RENT à CAR sans aucun bémol. Service rapide, efficace et aimable . Je renouvellerai mon expérience sans la moindre hésitation .
