Avis vérifiéTarif compétitif et personnel très serviable. Agence Nice aéroport difficile à trouver car contrairement aux autres loueurs elle n’est pas à proximité immédiate de l’aéroport et aucune indication n’avait été donnée sur l’accueil. Sur appel téléphonique transfert assuré ramassez rapidement de l’aéroport par le personnel de l’agence au moyen du véhicule loué ce qui n’était pas pratique : Nous étions à 5 dans une Yaris avec les valises… idem au retour

Avis vérifiéReally unprofessional, took three hours to process us (no other customers around), they did not seem concerned we had a baby with us. A very dirty office. No support from their head office. The vehicle was given with just half a tank of petrol but the form said it had a full tank of petrol! The return was as bad, someone got into our car without introducing themselves, no mask, we had just arrived! In the chaos of the return I left my expensive sunglasses in the car and so far they have no respondede to my request for return of them. It's really crazy that this company is allowed to operate. I will avoid at all costs in the future.
