Avis vérifiéEasily the worst car hire experience for me. Ryanair has chosen very badly in using Rentacar in Carcassonne. The car was dirty. The air conditioning rattled. The tyre pressure warning light stayed on all the time. Despite the booking confirmation suggesting that pick up was in the airport it wasn't which delayed be by an hour and a half. When I arrived back with the car there was no-one there to take back the car.

Avis vérifiéLes locaux et le bureau de Carcassonne sont trop vieux et pas sympa ...Le personnel est très sympa . . Les agents sont d'une gentillesse confondante. Leur sourire et leur compétence fait un peu oublier la vétusté des locaux ...Vous êtes sur que vous les rémunérés assez ?
