Avis vérifiéPick up off was straightforward, as was the drop off. Staff friendly and not too pushy. Just a shame that all documentation is in French only, including the very legal contracts.

Avis vérifiéBooking online was simple and hassle-free. The location is incredibly convenient—just a 2-minute walk from the ferry terminal in Bastia. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We received a brand-new car, which was perfect for exploring Corsica throughout the week. Returning the car was just as easy. Overall, excellent service—highly recommended!

Avis vérifiéLa location s'est très bien déroulée. On a loué à la dernière minute, c'était assez rapide, la voiture était de qualité. Idem pour la rendre, aucun problème. Ayant pas mal loué de voitures dans des entreprises border ; quand c'est nul il faut le dire, quand c'est bien, il faut aussi prendre le temps de le dire.

Avis vérifiéPicking up of the car was great! The first guy we worked with accommodated us well and changed our pickup location to make it more convenient. We dropped off the car at the airport (which online said was already open, but clearly had nobody there). After we left, we were told we “damaged” the car in the email, however, the “scratch” that was noted to be “new” was clearly there in the initial pictures uploaded by the worker upon pickup. Upon calling the drop off location about it, there were very rude and said “not to worry” with no clear directions to dispute the “damages”. We took excellent care of the car and did not damage it. Our security deposit was returned, however, still awaiting the final verdict regarding the “scratch”.
