Avis vérifiéBonsoir, We already sent you a email about this but we didn't get any response We wanted to rent a car for 3 days so my fiancé and I could visit other parts of Corsica. We misunderstood something about the deposit and couldn't get the car because the limit of our credit card was too low. We tried calling our credit card company but the person responsible was already gone. We would have paid the deposit in cash but the employee said that isn't possible. We really tried everything we could but there just wasn't any solution. We were so excited and now devastated that all our plans have to be canceled and we also loose a lot of money. Would there be any way you could pay back our rent for the car even if it's too late for cancellation? We know this would be an exception but it would really help us out so much, we would be so thankful. As I said we would appreciate it very much if there would be anything at all you could do for us. Hello, In accordance with your request, the general rental conditions stipulate that the payment of a deposit is mandatory and conditions the delivery of the vehicle. Without a deposit paid by credit card or by cheque at an additional cost, we are unable to deliver the reserved vehicle. However, this situation does not entail a refund of the amount paid at the time of online booking. As stipulated on the internet: “When you take possession of the vehicle, you will be required to pay a Security Deposit using an approved means of payment. Unless otherwise expressly agreed by the Agency, this means of payment is identical to the one used for the online reservation. Failure to pay the Security Deposit, for any reason whatsoever, shall not release the Tenant from his or her obligations resulting from the reservation. ” We are unable to respond favorably to your request for a refund.
