We knew the opening hours. Our airline asked us to arrive earlier than planned so we had to drop off when you were closed. Two hour lunch breaks are ridiculous. Sent from Outlook for iOS

En tant que Portugais, nous avons eu la chance d'avoir un employé qui, lors de la livraison de la voiture, parlait un peu portugais. Mais la personne qui transportait la voiture depuis l'aéroport ne parlait pas anglais, ce qui rendait la communication difficile.

Avis vérifiéI booked this as a pick up at Airport car, not shuttle to office! I was one of several passengers who also booked airport pick up. You Also suggested i leave my family at airport. This is unacceptable and you need to not mislead people about the shuttle.

Avis vérifiéVery good experience. Picked up at airport and taken to their garage. Car was a bit of a wreck but given the price we didn't mind. Carcassone carhire is very expensive! Drop off was simple and we were taken back to the airport in good time.
