Avis vérifiéGood price, good car. If you rent from Lyon Airport you need to reserve some time to get your car. But price is competetive, so I see this is ok. The only issue is the office closing time. For a rental car service on an airport you need to make sure to be available after 6:30pm

Avis vérifiéMelanie and her team went above and beyond to help me secure a vehicle on very short notice after my initial provider (competitor) failed in their commitment leaving me stranded without vehicle. Not only did Melanie respond to my issue successfully, it was done with a great customer service, great attitude turning around an appalling experience into a great one. The reasons I am putting 9/10 and I would perhaps not recommend Rent a Car as a first choice is its accessibility to airport/train station where they depend on another provider for the shuttle service adding excessive leadtimes to business trips. Also, Melanie operated alone again slowing the service (both pick up and drop off). A staff of 2 seems to be a minimum to provide timely service. Lastly, I understand there were network issues related to the recent opening of the agence, further adding to the service leadtimes. Not much one can do about it, but not the best when in a hurry. Again Melanie's amability made up for it. The below scoring reflects where Rent a Car can improve as an agency and is by no mean a scoring of the individual performance which was outstanding.
