Avis vérifiéAgence de Carcassonne en très mauvais état ...il est nécessaire d'investir dans les bureaux et le garage cela ne correspond plus à notre époque . Conserver l'emplacement mais refaite tout du sol au plafond

Avis vérifiéThere was no spare tire. I was driving many miles with 4 passengers. 3 children. This could have been very dangerous situation and could have become a very bad situation. I was nervous the entire journey.

Avis vérifiéVous fermez de 11.30 a 16.00 et vous charger 70€ extras pour attendre un demi heure. Pas recomendable pour personne.

Avis vérifiéThe pickup location away from airport was the only negative. Documentation in french only was also an issue. Everything else was perfect.

Avis vérifiéNot satisfied,as the contract was for pick up and drop off at airport.We were not informed a shuttle service applied.This caused delay and frustration on arrival,as we went to normal car rental office to queue.Took 2 hours from disembarkment to getting the car.Car was not clean. Also left 2 personal items in the car when we returned it.I phoned the office in Carcassonne on 09/07 and spoke with staff.I was to get a return call,but none was received.I sent an email in French re same,but got no response.Overall very disappointed as had paid €837.46 for a small car.Ref no. 740265932 Will travel to Carcassonne again in September, but will not use Rentacar unless we receive a more favourable quote and are assured of better service.
